  • So I'm pregnant with my third. My first pregnancy I didn't exercise at all. My second pregnancy I had GD so I had to work out and I felt great. With two small children it's been a struggle to find something enjoyable and that feels good without taking too much tim. Love it, love it, Love it!!!! Thank you

  • very informative video

  • I love it too!!!!

  • LOVE THIS WORKOUT

  • thanks!! =) good exercise!

  • thAnks fOr this vidEo.. sUper Likes.. ^_^v

  • I used to go to spinning classes 3 -4 times a week and did strength training. Before I got pregnant I began reading Dr. Oz's book. The exercises were there but they were not quite clear. When I discovered this video, and started doing it every other day as recommended, it was just like having a PT at home. The exercises are optimized for pregnancy needs and it is a great work out. I do like 40 minutes of walk before and i do these exercises. After a shower, i feel so so happy. I am grateful :)

  • When I was doing this video, I thought to myself is this it? As I am normally used to a lot intense, harder workouts at the gym.

But haven't done any exercise since I found out I was pregnant, then I remembered, I am pregnant, it's not suppose to be that hard and intense.

I did enjoy the video however, I think it's a great pregnancy workout and makes you feel 100% better afterwards.

  • thank you for sharing this video!

  • Great workout, but the names of the exercises really made me want to quit. "Pedicure stretch" and "pie out of the oven". What about the successful working mom and busy stay at home mom...something tells me we're doing more than pedicures and pie baking.

  • This workout made me feel great! I went from being very active to not active at all within the past two months and as hard as it is to get into shape it is very easy to get OUT of it. This video doesn't take a lot of time and was a welcome midday break.

  • thanks a lot!!

  • Love this work out! Thanks!

  • Really cool workout, thanks a lot for this! Really made my morning.

  • thnx so much for this

  • do you have a video for a third trimester workout?

  • its really useful for me!!! thanks!

    greetings from Singapore.... :)

  • Best regards from Macedonia :) I really like your video and i am second trimester now so i'm starting workout from today! Is it recommended to do this every day?

    Thank you!

  • Thank you! I am obese and pregnant and in my second trimester. I am hoping that videos like this will help me not gain as much and keep things like gestational diabetes away. Thank you so very much for posting it! It was easy enough for me and I felt TONS of burn with the weights.

  • Hi! I'm from Greece! I'm 17w4d pregnant. I found this video accidentally and i really liked it. I'm going to start doing the exercises today. Thank you...

  • How often should i do this?

  • I've been looking for a good and simple work out to do in my second trimester, and I've found it! :-)

  • ths video is really helpful.... i finally found a routine i can do everyday n not stressful

  • I love diss workout very helpful n easy

  • Thanks for the Great workout,I'm 16 weeks pregnant and this has been my daily routine!

  • hi from Italy! I'm in my 2nd trimester and love this workout.. bellissimo!

how many times a week do you suggest doing it?

  • не понравилось,так как все время зависает,заниматься невозможно

  • Good, low impact workout. I like the frequent use of weights.

  • I'm in my 3rd trimester (32 weeks) and I love this workout! I wish I would have found it sooner! I can definitely feel "the burn" but I still have energy afterwards!

  • Great Video.

  • This is a really good video for moms-to-be! I like how the exercises are tailored to be similar to things you need strength for as a mom, like rocking a baby and so forth. I found the workout to be just right, I felt the burn but it didn't kill me!

  • Love this exercise! I am at 17w3d. I didn't do much during the first trimester. Been doing it for 2 weeks and hubby is already noticing that my butt has more tone to it. And I have noticed a difference in my arms. Does anybody know what it means when he says you don't want to do more than a level 7?

  • @truejoy168 I took it as you don't want to exert more than a 7 out of 10 or maximum 70% effort : ) In other words, he doesn't want us overexerting ourselves or getting our heart rate too high.

  • Awesome video! My baby and I feel so much better! I had all this stress/tension from work that is gone! Thank you so much!

  • This is really good, and refreshing!

I was looking for exercise for 2nd trimester...

    Thanks a lot!

  • I'm also doing this in my third trimester. I wish I had found this sooner, I could have been mixing my workouts up!!! I love it!!!

  • I'm doing this through the 3rd trimester too- the same workout is in Dr. Oz's book as a "pregnancy workout" not trimester specific. I love it and I am 33 weeks pregnant now!

  • thanks. this video was so good. im gonna keep doing this daily.

  • a guy teaching it? not use to that. but hey i guess anything goes

  • just starting my fifth month, lost 10 pounds due to a slightly difficult 1st trimester and still not at the weight i started at when first pregnant. i usually do really intensive, interval workouts but this is SO wonderful to do b/c it's NOT boring, gets my heart rate up and is still safe. thanks so much!!

  • ps~ can you make a 3rd trimester workout, or does anyone know of a great 3rd trimester workout like this one??

  • i'll try this too, im in my 4th month..on the way to 5 :-D

  • I think it's great ,, i'll try it am in my 4th month and i gained 4.5 kg till now :(

  • This is an amazing work out. Shame I didn't find this before I bought two other DVDs. It's fun and just the right level of intensity.

Thank you so much for posting.

  • I love it!! =)

  • how many times a week is it safe to do this workout?

  • Hello, I really appreciate this work out. I havent been able to work out lately as much as Iwant to and as much as I did befor I found out I was pregnant... rocky first tri-mester, first pregnancy and was scared to do anything that might me too intense. I'm a Marine and I'm so use to working out daily and felt like I couldnt find anything safe yet something I could call a work out. Just need to add the weights and I'll be good to go. Thank you

  • Hey Joel, thank you for the great workout! I'm expecting my first baby and I previously did kungfu and thai boxing - I am really missing the tough trainings and so far this is the only training routine I found really useful and fun to do - with some heavier weights, of course :)
