Maybe Zynga would be more customer oriented if someone circulated the email addresses of the venture capital firms financing them & then the VCs rec'd a deluge of customer complaints about Zynga's total lack of concern for what matters most- the end user.
If I had cash vested & saw the all of complaints, tactics, & behavior they engage in; I'd pull the plug. I bet if Zynga got a lil free press in the WSJ by bombarding an editor's email w/ complaints, they'd pull their head out.
it's by luck. I didn't do anything, I didn't hack or cheat. I believe Zynga's game programming did not clear the session or cache or the database was not updated which I already given the experience and money. But after around half hour it gone.
