  • the utube atheists! gotta love them

  • Laughing my butt of, love it, way to go Brock, woot woot!!!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!! Woot woot!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL

  • This is so FUNNY! Continue reppin Christ well my brother!

  • Yeah, you're awesome. I wanna be like you when I grow up.

  • F...T....W..... :)

    Just awesome...

  • Oh, Brock who could stay mad at you!?!

  • Brock, you're famous!:)

  • 5 stars. You have one thing right about atheists. We, definately LOVE you.

  • This vid cracks me up. 5 stars

  • I am a Xian but I love these atheist utubers especially freethinker.

  • Five stars for featuring me.

Between Peter's new series on you , and this video this is the most I've seen of you in months.

Someone told me you had made an Atheistartichoke forever video, in the style of your beloved predecessor VenomlessnakeX, so I had to see if you included little ol me.

Pretty soon you'll be ebegging if you aren't already then you'll claim death threats or something, just to stay relevant like the last hack apologist/preacher we had. I miss shawn, he was at least original

  • I cannot express to you how upset I am that I was not included in this.

    How hurtful.

  • @JasperAvi

sorry man, I really should have.

    My bad!

  • @balvear and what evidence would that be?

  • @balvear Why don't you decide what you believe. You are at a crime scene, and someone got killed. How do you find the killer? do you look at the evidence, or at a Harry Potter book?

  • Comment removed

  • also nobody found any dinosaur fossils till the 1600s so the people in the bible had no idea about dinosaurs. therefore they just used the idea of a dragon, which is a fairytale lie, and put it into the bible with all the other fairytales in the bible

  • why do you guys all look like your freaking idiots?? because your 40 year old bastards who live in your moms basements and watch star wars and dress up like elves on the weekends. gawd quit whining.

  • Yes, Brock.

    They LOVES you.

But I think you LOVES us more.

  • These guys represent that atheists that I have been debating on utube??? Geeks! These are the guys who sat in the corner in class that u would copy from on tests. I use to think atheists on utube were all these harvard professors but now I see they are more like Gilbert from revenge of the nerds. I guess this is there revenge

  • atheist professors wouldn't have time to talk to and/or debate random people on the internet. quit being a bigot...if i went to a church and happened to see a lot of fat people, all of a sudden I have complete justification in saying that these fat people represent the rest of the christians in the world? no, i'm not close-minded.

  • craig, dont get me wrong friend, I love them geeks!

  • craig, who would you rather be, superstar athlete Jordan or geeky Bill gates who makes more money in a day than Jordan makes in a year? Geeks rule

  • atheism doesn't necessitate intelligence. you can still be a dumbass, and be an atheist. i know of atheists who are athletes with an average span of thoughtfulness, and others who i would consider geniuses in the lab, and are athletes. it means nothing.

  • Craig, oh I agree friend. :) I am a Xian and have some geek in me but I was just giving a shout out to all those geeks out there who feel like losers, they are not. Einstein was a geek look what he did. ;)

  • HA! You're pretty popular, Brock. Keep up the good work!

  • No. Not calling god a liar. Calling the YE creationists like Hoving and Comfort liars.

Usually, with some exceptions, atheists don't believe in god, or hadn't you heard?

  • atheists don't believe there is a deity. replace "god" with a name like "mary" and see how it sounds....."atheists don't believe in mary"...makes it sound like we're assuming mary exists but aren't confident in her.

  • You're starting to look more and more like PCS. He also started making videos with clips of people saying his name in the time before he was pwnd of the internet.

  • Hilarious.

  • Hey Brock, how long did it take for you to make and edit this video? Pretty amazing if you ask me.

The music is awesome in the background - however at times it was so loud I had a hard time hearing a few people. But I'm not sure if others had a hard time hearing.

  • Nice video, these people make it so easy.

  • Congrats! You just rose to match VenomFangX's level of narcissism!

  • Are they all atheist? If so all but two are butt ass ugly.

  • Brilliant video!

  • So what you are saying with this video is that you love attention ..even if its negative and thus making yourself the proverbial attention whore? :)

  • do not look for fame amongst the lost bro

  • I assure you I will not friend.

Thank you for the good advice

  • I'm insulted! I made a video to you recently, and you didn't put me in this. : (

As a brotha from PA I'm greatly offended.

  • Yeah, Brock. They love you. That's it. They think you're awesome.

    Keep telling yourself that...

  • brock is an idiot.

  • I thought your channel had a level of self-aggrandizement, but now it is confirmed.

  • Brock...you're totally my buddy but.......

THE YANKEES WIN!!!! TTTHHHAAAA YANKEES WIN!!!!

  • lol

  • You made a video of select quotes from your critics and nowhere do you take one from me? this is blasphemy of the highest order, if it was a thousand years ago an angry mob would have you for lunch!

Oh and yes Brock we do like you or at least I do because you let us freely criticize the living tar out of your videos unlike other religious channels that censor the snot out of them and won't approve anything that does not praise god and themselves.

  • show your face

  • Well, at least you don't censor comments.

    And that's an honest thing.

  • Brock, you seem to be confusing love with people handing your ass to you.

  • lol that simple yet just sum all his ignorance up :D nice!

  • So, since Brock talks a lot about atheists, that must mean he loves them as well?

  • ha ha ha! love it brother... they just seem to chomp at the bit to get at you man! that is what happens when we are the salt of the earth!

    5er

  • Haven't stopped by in a while. Glad to see all the mindless banter continues.

  • LOL....

We are here with you Brock. Keep fighting the good fight brother.

    God Bless!

  • What a lazy video, who compiles a clipshow by pointing the camera at the monitor? Sheesh, if you were grasping for some kind of effect here, you could have made more effort.

  • Its interesting that he was able to compile all of these videos and show clips of them, yet not actually address a single one.

  • Brock feeling ignored?

  • TAA, you realise the majority of people were taking the piss out of you during these clips? You're a laughing stock on youtube.

  • Well, I cant say I'm surprised. Tons of youtube atheists made this video, and not a single one of their channels is referenced in the info box.

  • lol, this was so fucking funny. god i have to say i wish i got half the reaction to my vids as you do. all the best bro, love you too, xxxxooooxxxxooooxxxooooxxxoooxxxoooxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxxoxooxxoxoxoxooxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxooxxoxoxooxoxooxoxoxooxoxoo

    lol.

  • The Guy who said "God made me ugly.." at the end made me laugh till I had tears in my eyes :D

  • I'm glad you're making videos. They work as a great locus for rebuttals to common christian arguments.

I'm surprised though that you don't attempt to answer the replies. As it stands, you're leading your imagined 'young believer' audience directly to powerful counter-apologetics, with no follow up.

  • Hows about giving me one of those follow ups, butter.

  • Rofyle: It's clear from past exchanges that I can't make myself understood by you. I don't have any plans to try to communicate with you further.

  • butter, if you'd stop making assertions you've shown you can't possibly prove, then you wouldn't have to attempt any sort of communication. As long as you and those like you continue to baselessly assert however, then I'm going to continue to assertively call you on them.

  • Can't argue with that. We love you Brock, even if you don't love us.

  • We love you Brock, because everyone loves a good laugh, at first I was gonna call poe... but no you are nto satire you are 100% pure dumbass gold. I can't wait for the tonic of your next plagurised badly thought out out incoherant rabid rant.

Keep up the good work man, free thinkers need you to look good.

  • Doogie! Come on with the freethinking nonsense -- I've known you too long. Some of your ideas may be unpopular, but they're hardly original.

  • Nice Ad Hominem...come back when you have a point

  • It's not an Ad Hominem, you need to look up your falicies. I am directly attacking Brock, not Brock because of his ideas, just Brock. His ideas are not his own, i'm not discounting his ideas because Brock is a tool, I'm just saying Brock is a tool.

  • Doogie:

"Argumentum ad Hominem (abusive and circumstantial): the fallacy of attacking the character or circumstances of an individual who is advancing a statement or an argument instead of trying to disprove the truth of the statement or the soundness of the argument. Often the argument is characterized simply as a personal attack." - philosophy (dot) lander (dot) edu

"i'm not discounting his ideas, I'm just saying Brock is a tool"

Come back when you have a point.

  • WOW you fail TWICE with the same point. HE HAS NO STATEMENT, HE HAS NOTHING TO ADVANCE.

My argument is not Ad Hominem, it's not evan an argument, it's a strait out inslut, because he's a no-mark prick.

Christ on a pedalo, his followers are dumb too.

  • Doogie:

I rest my case. Obviously then, you have no point.

  • Of course I have a point and it's a point many have made.

Brock made a post about how Athiest love him, the point I and others have made is we like him because he's a fucking clown.

He serves no other purpose to athiests but to be laughed at and derided... Like his nutjob fundy fans.

You don't think much do you? you theists.

  • I'm ending this conversation, Doogie. Your attempt at conversation consists entirely of ad hominems. You demonstrate an intellectual immaturity that I find quite dull. Good-bye.

  • Fail x 3 can you not read ? THEY ARE NOT AD HOMINEMS, not every attack on someones character is an AD HOMINEM sometimes it's just an attack.

Like this one, you're obviously a theist, because you're dumb.

See it's not ad hominem, I'm not trying to argue with you nor disregard an argument you made by calling you an idiot. I'm simply calling you an idoit, that is all.

You must be dumb you believe in a god, like the old greeks praying to neptune for clear seas you just pray for an afterlife.

  • Haha, rofyle, you simply do not get it. An Ad Hom is when I try to tear down a specific point by saying you are a TOOL. He wasn't taking on a point at all, therefore, no Ad Hom. Geez man, get it yet?

  • No jin, this is your opinion. I backed my comment up with citation. You can check me against the Miriam-Webster Dictionary if you'd like. An ad hominem fallacy is not only one made in light of an argument, but is also "an appeal to feelings or prejudices rather than intellect." Doogie showed his ignorance, as do you. And I mean ignorance in the most classical definition - to not know. You both made it worse however, by showing intellectual immaturity with the further use of ad hominem.

  • Oh....so you admit you said ABSOLUTELY nothing with your comment....why even type in the first place?

  • No I said Brock is a tool, and he is and I like laughing at him and he's great for you tube. People need to see these fundy brainwashed idiots if only as a warning to others

  • We frequent your channel because you typify theist indoctrination. Here we get special access via our responses to your christian base where we hope to educate anyone who may have been denied knowledge.

  • Humm... Knowledge? Would you be willing to admit that you have evidence for your atheism or would you rather duck behind the tautological BS? You do have one thing right. I hope to educate the atheists of the inherent paradox of their own logic. And also engage honest and open seekers of Truth. Indoctrination is how education works be you theist or atheist. So engaging the Christian base is welcome if you fairly and objectively investigate why Christians have validation given from God.

  • rusty:

Wouldnt you have to be outside indoctrination to realize indoctrination? Certainly, unless you yourself are indoctrinated, you cannot then make the claim that all education works by indoctrination. And if you are indoctrinated, might your claim then itself be the result of your indoctrination, and therefore subject to the fallacy of circular reasoning rather than a paradox?

  • 1 : to instruct especially in fundamentals or rudiments : teach

2 : to imbue with a usually partisan or sectarian opinion, point of view, or principle -.merriam-webster

I am talking of definition number one while you seem to be stuck on number two.

  • Brock, I'm so convinced you are actually an Atheist with a wicked sense of humour and you sit there laughing at those of us who take the time to respond to your videos... All the time thinking "I can't beleive they think that crap is actually real" to yourself.

Kudos for trolling, I, as a victim bow to you sir.

  • you WISH he was on your side....lmao

  • We wish Brock was on our side as much as we "love" him.

In other words, not at all.

  • funny part is, no one cares what you think...lol

  • In some ways I would say he IS on our side...

  • You are loved by atheists like WWF fans loved a bad guy wrestler from the 80s (when good and bad were more polar). Actually, not so much the wrestlers, more like the ruthless managers, like Jimmy Hart, or Bobby Heenan. But more annoying than them... like Brother Love. He was always talking about some fictitious book, too.

Nah, I'm happy you're on YouTube. You're a hub for atheists, and I've met some pretty cool people in your comments - both atheist and Christian.

  • I just discovered this cove, thanks to you. He's sort of like William McGonagall's poetry - sublimely bad.

    "For whatsoever God has ordained will come to pass;

For instance, ye may be killed by a stone or a piece of glass."

  • Well, you've more than returned the favour by putting me on to McGonagall. I think one of my teachers in high school mentioned him once, but I'd never checked out his poetry. Fantastic stuff!

Beautiful Moon, with thy silvery light,

    Thou cheerest the Esquimau in the night;

For thou lettest him see to harpoon the fish,

And with them he makes a dainty dish.

    HAHAHAHA!

  • He had a huge fanbase for his entire career, presumably of people with very, very good poker faces.

Fortunately, the internet removes even that necessity. =)

By the way, I'm not stalking you. Probably.

  • "By the way, I'm not stalking you. Probably."

Come now. Who doesn't enjoy attention?

    :-)

  • Oh hell, he is trying to martyr himself now...

  • Fuck me sideways... Brock, you seem to have your own invention of what the word "love" means too. You stink. Nobody LOVES you, they despise you and your ideals. Learn something you smug twat.

  • Brock, we atheists love you even tho we think you are a fool. All our love goes to you <3

  • It's sad you equate 'love' with 'contempt' and 'pity'. They are not the same thing.

  • If love is an irritation under the skin of the atheists then Brock is much loved!

It would be nice to think of a possible world where atheists are not irritated at the drop of a hat but said possible world can not logically exist.

  • People hate the truth due to that fact that truth is a byproduct of the nature of God- which is why they get so fired up so easily. They utterly hate anything that alludes to him. Which is why most people that can't stand God also embrace and endorse abortion, homosexuality and evolution; anything that rebels against the order of operation God has set up, the masses welcome it or give it a pass- which stems from radical hatred of God.

  • Well said

You put your finger on the artery of Godlessness here sicstyl .

  • Flattered. Thank you.

  • "People hate the truth due to that fact that truth is a byproduct of the nature of God- which is why they get so fired up so easily."

Actually, atheists hate liars/foolishness like you or Brock.

We love the truth. Unfortunately, you christians have very little of it. That's why we get 'fired up'. :)

  • 'atheists hate liars/foolishness like you or Brock.'

Thank you for admitting what it is that drives you folks. Hatred. You're absolutely right. And what you cling to isn't truth at all, but simply your own fallible judgment.

  • epic fail.

  • When the truth is spoken, it gets a lot of attention.

Atheists are like insects drawn to a shining light in the dark..

  • moron!!!

  • "When the truth is spoken, it gets a lot of attention. Atheists are like insects drawn to a shining light in the dark."

Heh. It's more like infection fighting white blood cells, to the swine flu. Or cops (atheists) to the criminals (theists).

  • It's more like infection fighting white blood cells

Actually, like a virus attacking productive cells. Atheists offer nothing- they simply attempt to tear down/destroy through accusation, insults, and obnoxious behavior. Like good ol' 'vince' up there.

And um.. Crime is driven by the embrace of one's own agenda with total disregard of God's authority , i.e atheism.

  • "It's more like infection fighting white blood cells"

Honestly, its very much a perspective issue. You say you're "light". I say we're "light". But I can play the analogy 'reversal' game anyway. I was actually trying to avoid it by not simply reversing your "light" analogy. Oh well.

"like a virus attacking productive cells. Atheists offer nothing- they simply attempt to tear down/destroy"

Nah, Christians are like cancer cells. Mutated tumorous versions of "natural society". They attempt to...

  • ... spread their beliefs like invasive cancer by masquerading as natural "always there" parts of the body.

"Crime is driven by the embrace of one's own agenda with total disregard of God's authority , i.e atheism."

Gods have no proven authority. As gods are unproven. Therefore "embracing own agenda"/subjective = all people. Including christians. So furthermore, crime is against society's rules, not the gods.

  • 'So furthermore, crime is against society's rules, not the gods.'

There is only one God. Outside of Christ there is only atheism- with other gods serving only as a symbolic image that represents said humanistic worldview.

Believing that morality can simply come about when, according to you people, we are nothing more than biomechanical flesh machines, is total intellectual heresy. If the manner in which we came to be, according to anti God folks, is true, law would be impossible.

  • hmm, i wonder why more christians become criminals then atheists?

  • 'We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys his word, God's love is truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did.' - 1 John 2:3-6

  • "'We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands."

What commands would those be? Killing the Midianites?

    /watch?v=NeyyBpKMumM

  • The Old Testament is OLD for a reason. The entirety of the Old T. is preparation for the salvation of mankind through the Hebrew people which was under attack inside and out. Your accusation comes from the Old T. - God did what needed to be done so that you don't have to go to hell. And you spit on him for it. God's enemies truly do 'earn their reward', as Jesus put it..

  • God "did what needed to be done" huh? So telling people to sell their daughters as sex slaves needed to be done?

For that matter, the who "Jesus" thing needed to be done? Your all powerful god needed a sacrifice to before he could forgive people? He couldn't find any ways around torture and human sacrifice? Pretty weak god.

  • As my fave pastor Paul Washer puts it:

'God is perfect and consistent in all of his attributes. In order to pardon the wicked, the justice of God must first be satisfied and the wrath of God appeased.' Which is where Christ came in. God himself appeased his own wrath in order for people to be spared.

Weak God? What God did was IMPOSSIBLE and he made it possible. God shouldn't be able to pardon wickedness according to his own perfection, yet he provided a way to make it so.

  • If I believed in hell, I might of believed god did what needd to be done so I don't go there. But I don't, and I don't think anyone will.

  • 'If I believed in hell..'

Well, you're simply sealing your own fate with those words. But as long as there is breath in your lungs there is hope. It's truly amazing how people believe they can ward off what's coming with a simple 'I don't believe it.' And the sad thing is that they DO know what's coming and desperately try to shrug it off- but their conscience won't let them. Which is why ardent anti God folks pay so much attention to such an 'obviously false' topic.

  • Thats a bit of a rash thing to assume don't you think? Nobodys knows whats coming, but my perspective on life is very naturalistic, that limits what I think happens after death a little bit, when you only believe in the physical body and not the a soul. Buddy, I pay attention to the obviously false topic the same way you might pay attention to a magazine, or a story. I just happen to be entertained by those who believe these storys to be fact.

If I believed in hell, I'd be a christian.

  • '..bit of a rash thing to assume don't you think?'

What I said wasn't an assumption so much as it was an understanding of the situation. People hate God. They hate him. They really do. The understanding of that is the foundation for my understanding of people who claim 'disbelief'.

  • You said people hate god three times, I'm not sure why, maybe you convince yourself that everyone believes in, [only some hate] your god because you want it to seem like. 'I'm not crazy, your just as crazy as me.' Am I wrong? Because even though you seem to of convinced yourself otherwise, I genuinely don't believe in your god.

  • Everyone has an underlying understanding of God. People disregard God's authority for their own because they hate him. If you genuinely didn't believe, you would not concern yourself with the topic at all. You aren't 'entertained' so much as you are concerned about it. But instead of acknowledging your concern, you'd rather call it 'disbelief'. It's more psychologically comfortable that way. We are all in this state until we are saved...

  • I've been told this alot, but I'm really not concerned. I see this as a myth created by a less scientific people to explain reality as they could at the time. I don't understand why people would still apply it to reality. I'm very curious as to why you find it nessasary to convince yourself I believe in your god. I hate to make an example out of you bud, but I find that entertaining about you.

  • The idea that God is a myth created by intellectually underdeveloped people is an impossibility as I can explain..

I'm not trying to convince myself of anything. That's the behavior of those that disbelieve. I'm just tellin' it like it is.

  • I fail to see how the lack of a god is an impossibility. And I'm pretty sure I understand my thought processes better than you do. Your perception of what I think is flawed.

  • I know my perception is flawed. When I came to that understanding by the grace of God, I fully accepted the fallibility of my own human judgment.

Those outside of Christ do not.. An incredibly dangerous state of mind.

Oh, and the imagining of a deity is impossible. But that's a rather lengthy explanation.

  • I know I'm not perfect either. I came to that understanding through experince it's no big revelation.

  • Anti God folks don't believe themselves imperfect at all. In truth, they believe their judgment is flawless due to the fact that whatever info they accept must adhere to it.

The difference between you and I is I'm imperfect and I accept that - but the foundation for my understanding IS perfect. That foundation being God. I base my judgment on HIM and HIS truth, not my own fallible ideas.

  • I just told you I accept my own imperfections, and don't think my judgement is flawless, but your the one saying that your beliefs are flawless because they come from god, You sure like to paint everyone with the same brush don't you?

  • Kind of a murky grey I think.

  • The only reason that most people admit to being fallible is because it's the politically correct thing to do. In truth, that's not the case at all. People really do think that their judgment is perfect with all things ultimately subject to it. In reality, facts and evidence have nothing to do with the truth those outside of Christ accept. All things must adhere to their own perception to be accepted.

  • I admit to being fallible because I know I am. I know I can be wrong. Your describing your self here. In reality, facts and evidence have nothing to do with the truth those outside of Christ accept

    - Why do they correlate so well then?

All things must adhere to their own perception to be accepted.

    - is this the case with your religious beliefs as well?

  • I explained what the difference was. You claim to acknowledge your fallibility, but that is simply not the case. YOUR judgment is the benchmark that all things are measured by, as is the case with all outside of Christ. To become a Christian, one must 'die to self' (repentance); Christianity goes completely against the grain of human instinct. One cannot choose for God as one would choose Coke over Pepsi. It's actually impossible and requires God to do it...

  • No, you're clearly lying to yourself to make you feel better. You don't know what others think or believe in, you only know what you believe in. Your faith is so weak though, and so thoroughly beat into your head, that when you meet a non-believer you feel threatened so have to convince yourself we really arent non-believers. "Of course god's real everyone knows that!" You've deluded yourself to defend yourself from reality.

  • 'you're clearly lying to yourself to make you feel better.'

The most fervent accuser is the guiltiest party, and there are none guiltier of their own charges than those that accuse the Bible and it's adherents. Every time an anti Bibler makes an accusation, they stand guiltier than the accused every time. From closed mindedness, to intolerance, to blind faith, to 'lying to ones self', it's always the other way around.

  • Oh wow, the "I'm rubber you're glue" defense.

Jesus, what are you 5? Grow up

  • It's brilliant in it's simplicity. Regarding the comments from atheists to believers, it's absolutely true. They take every single accusation they themselves are guilty of and attach them to believers. And stand guiltier of them.

  • "I know you are but what am I?"

Try saying something that isn't a lie, or doesn't show you have the mental ability and maturity of a 5 year old, please.

  • Insults, obnoxious behavior, and profanity are the substitute for logic and reason lacking in one's position/argument/beliefs.

    You've utilized all three...

You know what I'm saying is true.

  • XD then you're full of shit.

Not only do you have no way of know how other people think, or how they feel, your assumption that people "hate god" Is a lie you tell yourself to feel better.

Trust me there is not an agnostic or atheist alive that "hates god" that would be like you hating Winnie the Pooh.

  • 'you have no way of know how other people think/feel..'

Anti God folks believe themselves to be nothing more than instinct driven animals. And that's precisely how they respond to psychological stimuli - which makes their mindsets totally predictable. And vulnerable to indoctrination. Which is what makes it so easy to get them to believe they came from animals. Outside of Christ, people truly resemble cattle.

  • Wrong.

    wrong

    wrong

    wrong

    wrong.

Can you say anything remotely true, or that hasn't been brainwashed into you by your cult?

Your priests and your savior didn't call you sheep for nothing it seems

  • laws were around long before jesus and 'the way'. Do some research.

  • 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.' - John 1:1-2

'The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us...' - John 1:14

Sorry, but the Son of God IS God's mandate to mankind, who is more ancient than any law written by the human hand.

  • Bahahahaha. Sorry mate, bible quotes don't overrule history.

Ancient Sumerians had laws, the Mayans had Laws, Ancient Egypt long before the arrival of Christianity had laws.

Do some bloody research before spouting garbage.

  • 'bible quotes don't overrule history.'

No they don't. They corroborate history and life itself.

If evolution happened, then the Bible could have been produced as an offshoot from other faiths. If creation happened, then the God of the Bible is the original concept of all things deity. And if that is true, all faiths and laws are offshoots of that concept. So with evolution being impossible...

  • Actually not only is evolution not "impossible" it is a fact. it happens, it's been proven, it's been observed.

in science a "theory" is the explanation of the facts. Evolution is a fact, the theory of evolution is the explanation of those facts.

Good of you to admit your bible is bullshit

  • 'not only is evolution not "impossible" it is a fact'

Evolution is absolutely not at all based on fact, but a worldview. It has never been observed. Adaptation is NOT evolution. And if the Bible is so irrelevant, you wouldn't be paying attention to such an 'obviously false' subject.

  • Evolution has been observed, adaption is evolution.

The bible is irrelevant in itself, but ignorance and bigotry are the problem, which is what all religions have to offer. Your post is proof of the ignorance bit

  • Evolution has never been observed. Nothing goes from it's fundamental state to something totally different.

A virus can become a more resilient virus. It doesn't become a T-cell. An nothing like that has ever happened. Evolution only exists in lectures, diagrams, and the imagination.

  • And how exactly is evolution impossible? It is used in biology and science today, it fixes things and cures diseases. It has applications in the world we use everyday.

The bible is just a tool used by antiquated rulers (and sadly, modern day ones) to impose a measure of control over the lives of the ignorant masses, I'd like to see proof of otherwise.

But I know this wont get anywhere in the grand scheme of things will it?

  • Evolution is totally impossible. I've gone over this issue at length in the past. The theory begins with assuming that the foundation for life on earth that lead to evolution simply 'was' and takes it from there.. If the foundation for the theory isn't so, the rest of the evidence is irrelevant. And this is the case. Evolution, in truth, isn't about science at all, but a tool being used to get the world on board with a common understanding.. That 'man is God'..

  • Do some fucking research before calling it impossible any longer mate, seriously. Do the research and you will see it is exactly as chaoszieg puts it.

And evolution is accepted by many christian scientists, it isn't a tool used in the way you say at all.

And I think your a jackass, but personal opinion isn't relevant here am i right? unless its your opinion on everyone else?

  • 'do some research'

    Um, I've looked into it...

    'Christian scientists agree!'

Calling one's self a Christian and being one are two different things..

    'I think you're a jack***'

Of course you do. The manner in which people defend evolution proves that there is something inherently wrong with it.

  • That wasn't the point and it doesn't surprise me that you flew over it completely. Your opinions stressed oh so many times throughout this comments section are given as if fact.

Though you don't recognise that it seems.

  • What I'm saying IS fact! It's the anti God mentality that's based totally on fallible perception driven opinion! I connect the dots back to where the anti God mentality originates while those on the other side simply make belligerent insults and empty rebuttals.

  • assumptions make an ass out of you.

  • I'm not making assumptions. I tell it like it is. And folks hate it. They can't defend themselves- they can only spout empty comments with profanity or insults.

  • appeal to motive and bare assertions, are fallacies.

  • According to what?

  • according to common sense. here is an example of an appeal to motive: "You theists are opposed to evolution because you believe there is a god. What i'm saying IS fact."

here is an example of a bare assertion: "I'm not making assumptions. I tell it like it is."

  • What you consider nothing more than 'assumption' is the truth. You just don't like it. And when people can't argue with what's being said, they simply label the opposing comments/ideas/person with whatever descriptive undermining words they can come up with in the hopes that in some way they diminish the opposing side. It's simply desperation. My favorite is when I'm labeled a 'projectionist' and then I have to explain that I've never operated theater equipment..

  • you're bare asserting once again, without fail. what's hilarious is that evolution has nothing to do with deism or theism, which is why, as you have said, the opposing side dismisses everything you say...and you're confusing that with what? denial through guilt? im trying to talk some sense into you so you don't make ass out of yourself outside of the Internets as George Bush would say it.

  • Evolution has everything to do with the fact that it accommodates one's natural inclination to disregard God. This is truth no matter what label you place on it. You're not trying to 'talk sense into me.' You're responding out of anger, which is a person's natural reaction to real truth.

  • you want to play the game of bare assertions? okay, here we go....."you're denying evolution because you don't want to be known as another animal, another species on this earth. even thought all evidence in science backs this up, you keep denying it. many many theists believe in evolution, the more rational ones, but others are left out of the tank such as yourself"....... there isn't any reason for me to be angry at someone less educated, i just feel like talking down to you, which i sorta am.

  • Something bigger than myself (and infallible) is the foundation for what I'm saying while fallible self and like minded fallible people are the foundation for your position. That's the difference. Plus your comment lacks logic altogether. Is the desire to not be known as another animal worth accepting with that notion that I'm a sinner that deserves to go to hell? Due to what comes with God, there is no personally edifying notion big enough to warrant believing in God and all he entails.
