  • i swear, the narrator sounds like he's speaking backwards. sounds like rewound audio.

  • i remember 15 years ago, when i saw his work in books. Now i watch Dax Norman videos. Same same but different... :)

  • Overated and overblown movement- COBRA - It (Europe) was trying to compete with NYC Expressionist Painters and in the end left nothing behind it that can be considered to be valueable discoveries for Painters per se- Yet the movement has given painted images for Skandinavian Art Museums and the tourist industry thoroughout the 20th century and no doubt into the next.

  • I had forgotten about asger but remembered my love for his art

  • I've never seen photos of Asger Jorn. I was happy to see these. When I first saw his paintings in a museum, as a young woman, I fell in love with them. He was such a superb talent. I think it is wonderful how one can adopt an artist, keeping him or her in one's mind forever as someone to admire, as a beautiful memory, totally unbeknown to the artist. I hold Jorn and his work in a special place in my heart as a hero of abandon in painting. I am one of many.
