done the same myself , it's slow , audio does not work but this is without the paper clip bridge .

DON'T install the Diabolik GMA 900 Fix - you won't get past a blue screen unless you have the jaS 10.4.8 install disc in an external optical drive .

Stripping Power PC code out using X - Slimmer and / or Trim the Fat Free app speeds it up a touch

For Wireless you need a Dell 1390 and the proper drivers for Airport , for Ethernet internet , you need the USB Ethernet Adaptor and drivers

Hi,I also installed JaS 10.4.8 on my eeepc 701, but it can boot on sometimes ,sometimes can never boot, just freezen blue screen,and the time is abnormal, and it can only running at 633 Mhz, if I turn 900Mhz on, it could be so slow,and I can't changing the light of screen,kill my eyes. Sorry for my bad English :-)

Actually I did by "10.4.9 v1.3", but it doesn't boot...

speed is relative slow. the eee pc is runing underclocked with 630 Mhz. the most things are not working because all the drivers are missing.

Wow, how did u do that? Is it just a windows emulator? Isn't X Leapord? Can it be installed on an sd card?

Lots of questions but i never used a mac before, this will let me play with it and see if my next computer will be a macbook.
