The "unprovable" facts of religious parallelism can only be found with extensive research of ancient texts, because of course Christians and Catholics did a pretty thorough job of making that info inaccessible. The money manipulation section proves to be empirically valid if you really pay attention. Backed up by historical quotes also.

I'm on the fence about it. I'm not leaning either way. Even if there was data to the contrary of the film I feel that both sides (for and against it) need to be challenged. The best way to do this is to actually try these principles on an experimental basis by supporting it. This will give enough proof for or against it to make a conclusive decision. We can speculate and argue logic all we want. It's just words. But we'll never know definitively until we try it scientifically.

I am a huge fan of Zeitgeist but the problem I see with Project Venus the way I understand it is that in the end we would all become clones of each other in a one world government. The battle between countries and people is what has inspired us to our greatest heights. A-bomb and the moon for example. You can't have the light without the dark and vice versa.

We're evolving from a type 0 civ. to a type 1civ. When we all see eachother as ourselves there is no reason for going back to classes.

Does it have to? No one knows for sure exactly what atoms, molecules, cells, synapses and so on that makes up consciousness. We're getting there though, scientists are right now starting to understand how memories form and are stored in our brains. They probably all go away when we die, which might make it seem like this life has no purpose. But hey, there's nothing that anyone can do about the fact that we'll all die one day. We all just have to deal with that.
Eternal life is aurguabley the most horrific torture that any being can go through. Think about it. You might have fun for the first million years, but what about the next million. or the trillion after that. this is never goin to end you stuck for eternity. without death there would be no reason to do things. Eternal life would rob you of purpose and it would go on for eternity after eternity.death gives our lifes meaning, a sense of urgency, gives us purpose.

almost forgot - hydrocarbons from oil. so far, as we know it, nonrenewable. once it's burned, its gone. and beyond powering cars and heating homes and such, we make thousands of products from it, like computers and medicines, among them.... and we are running out.
if you took into consideration the other resources we can recycle from all of the cars, buildings and gadgets we use that could be a wealth of metal in itself...I'm not an expert at any of this, I'm just giving my suggestion

If you think Peter does a poor job of describing the current banking system, have you checked the chart for the US Dollar Index lately; It's inflating(losing value). of course, the major problem, is that the thing the ZM says are themselves not properly sourced, and it is impossible to prove a thing does not exist.
that said, the site i mentioned tried as hard as they could to track down sources....

Have you seen Achyra S's video response to the extremely convoluted Zeitgeist "debunked" (such a redundant and unnecessary word) hypothesis? The "unprovable" facts of religious parallelism can only be found with extensive research of ancient texts, because of course Christians and Catholics did a pretty thorough job of making that info inaccessible. The money manipulation section proves to be empirically valid if you really pay attention. Backed up by historical quotes also.

I'm on the fence about it. I'm not leaning either way. Even if there was data to the contrary of the film I feel that both sides (for and against it) need to be challenged. The best way to do this is to actually try these principles on an experimental basis by supporting it. This will give enough proof for or against it to make a conclusive decision. We can speculate and argue logic all we want. It's just words. But we'll never know definitively until we try it scientifically.

mainly, that they make unfounded claims. for example, I have requested data from the VP concerning their analysis of resources - how much we have, how much we need, etc...they make many claims about things, which are not backed by any kind of mathematical analysis. that's not science.
and PJ makes many statements about the nature of human behavior, which similarly are not rooted in any of the mountains of available research on that subject, either.
they state as fact what remains unproven.

Even if the human will be tempted by these instincts (for example: a hot wife), his free will shall dominate his instincts and his emotions. I am a huge fan of Zeitgeist but the problem I see with Project Venus the way I understand it is that in the end we would all become clones of each other in a one world government. The battle between countries and people is what has inspired us to our greatest heights. A-bomb and the moon for example. You can't have the light without the dark and vice versa.

Why do we allow it? I think because we've been conditioned over the centuries to believe that we don't really have a choice but to listen to our "leaders" and that there is a "ruling elite". If Zeitgeist & Zeitgeist Addendum both do nothing else, it forces people (who are willing to actually WATCH the film) to think about HOW WE THINK and HOW WE'RE BEING TAUGHT about the world around us. The films are like Toto pulling the blinds revealing what is hidden in "The Wizard of Oz".

And i agreed with this also with the notoin that peaple are to stupid to stop killing eachother. I was never able to fathom a solution to this probelem so i saw no hope for peaple. It gives me pride to know that there is hope for the generations to come. maybe one day peaple can wake up to a world without war, crime, and theism. maybe one day ,there will be peace.

Well, when we die, we go back to the earth. It doesn't have to seen as a bad thing. Think about what Richard Dawkins said: The chances that you were born on this planet were extremely improbable. It should considered a gift to be born, and knowing that you won't live forever, should be the reason to live THIS current to the fullest, holding nothing back.
We're evolving from a type 0 civ. to a type 1civ. When we all see eachother as ourselves there is no reason for going back to classes.

Does it have to? No one knows for sure exactly what atoms, molecules, cells, synapses and so on that makes up consciousness. We're getting there though, scientists are right now starting to understand how memories form and are stored in our brains. They probably all go away when we die, which might make it seem like this life has no purpose. But hey, there's nothing that anyone can do about the fact that we'll all die one day. We all just have to deal with that.

Eternal life is aurguabley the most horrific torture that any being can go through. Think about it. You might have fun for the first million years, but what about the next million. or the trillion after that. this is never goin to end you stuck for eternity. without death there would be no reason to do things. Eternal life would rob you of purpose and it would go on for eternity after eternity.death gives our lifes meaning, a sense of urgency, gives us purpose.
