As a kid in the 70's I went to a LOT of concerts. Everybody from Hendrix to Stevie Wonder. Rolling Stones to Yes. Edgar Winter's white trash shows were electrifying.
I had goose bumps through the whole show every time. Absolutely one of the best live entertainers ever.
Since I first heard Tobacco Road in 1972 or 3 - I couldn't believe so much talent could redside in a single person . It's now 37years later and I still feel that Edgar is still "the" most talented all-rounder. There is Tonex' - who does and has a 'whole' lot too. This is just my opinion. I have played Frankenstien, Free Ride and one other from that same album. So commercial. Why am I dying to live is somthing I'm about to learn to play. I am also intending to try and do Tobacco Road as well.
lol its funny how i know him in real life and he's such a bad speaker ya know with the uhh the worst is when my dad has to by stuff with him yes my father dave lopez is his tour manager and im his son but he's just a goofy guy lol.

Edgar, not only one of the greatest musicians to ever do it, but also one of the nicest.
His bro sure can play a mean blues guitar, too.

This guy is so humble for how huge he is in rock and roll. I mean the man is a legend!! Many an a_hole could take a lesson from him.

The single "Rebel Road" is a good song for a road trip movie or a movie about Harleys...
