Sadly i believe it, i worked for a car rental company and a drunk guy called me and said basically the same thing, from colorado, and we told him to do the same thing, unlock the door manually, but he was too drunk to understand.......

ended up making our night the best one i worked, still laugh about it today with the people that were working that night
