The "Most important Piece" is actually called the "Catch", It holds back the plunger when you cock it back.

so far i've taken out the air ristictor and drilled through that one little peice. now currently im working on taking one of the dart holders and hot glueing it to the side and then takeing the lazer light out lol got alot to do today

hey legonerfkid22, by the way... first of all the gun is called the nite-finder, and second of all, the nite-finder can hold FIVE darts when you put darts in battery area, there are two holes below the light, not to be mean, just tellin ya.

You unscrew the bottom screw and there are 2 batterie slots. Put batteries in if not done already and when you pull in the trigger the laser will automatically turn on

an air restrictor is in the design of every nerf gun and is designed to decrease the air flow to the dart and make the gun quieter. the problem is that the decreased airflow makes the dart go shorter than it really can, so its a good idea to take it out.
