Cobra units are the the old 30-series units. Basically the precinct/district plainclothes special ops guys. Their codes are usually western district cobra-32 etc. they kept the 30 at the end of their codes because Like i was saying its the old 30-serie.
of course they get off at Chalmerse.... tons of Chop shops in the area

@JimmyMSP Yes they are gang units. Detroit calls it Gang unit Cobras so does Atlanta.
