Lol, I know what you man how the elliptical gets boring. I try to do 1 to 2 hours a day too so I usually just watch a movie while I'm doing it because I have it in my room.
I found a great workout App for Androids called Workout Trainer. Its awesome! It has workout routines for everything and its FREE! I highly recommend it!
You prob. lost water weight! When I started my weight-loss journey I lost 5 pounds of water weight! Then after that you started to truly burn fat and gain muscle !! Good luck! Keep it up!
