It's possible to get 3 hits of the hurricane (during the V-Akuma combo) against smaller characters (like Ken) but really really hard, so no go against them. Although, you can do the uber-practical instant air hurricane instead. lol
Only works on zagief? And Zangief can't recover? This infinite would rock, if the Zangief can't air recover, as in, 3s-ism or some other ism that doesn't let you pp air recover.
V-ism is so broken... you shouldn't be able to build meter while the combo is still active.
