  • PING!

ahhh I jizz in my pants when I hear that noise ^_^

  • Let's be real, Everyone loves this gun because of the first CoD whenever you emptied the clip and you heard the PING noise....

  • I hate everything about you. Please die.

  • I use the exact same targets

  • @ the end:

    oh, i get it.

  • i want one

  • this sniper is amazing

  • Way cool gun! i love the M1 Garand

  • Learn to reload and buy your bullets in bulk....way cheaper.

Nice video and I'm glad to see your folks allowing you to enjoy the 2nd Amendment.

    5/5

  • Nice rifle mate. Wish we serfs were still permitted by They Who Know Best to own self-loading rifles.

A little tip: I noticed that you seem to have a bit of a habit of jerking the trigger. The M1 has a fine 2-stage trigger, so you should be aiming to give a slow, smooth squeeze. Also try holding the trigger back after it breaks for a second or two rather than releasing it immediately; your breathing looks fine, so try releasing the trigger just as you go to exhale.

    Hope this helps!

  • Most of that was my friend popping off the rounds. He's more in the know than I am about firearms... but I'm sure he'll see this post at some point.

  • i know what you mean. i was at the range and the guy next to me had an m1. every time he shot the concussion wave hit me in the face. one round i was trying to adjust my ear plugs when he shot. i thought i was going to go deaf.

  • I hear ya, buddy. I made the mistake of firing my m1903a3 without ear plugs. I WAS deaf for the better part of an hour. Now I always carry 3 pair. lol.

  • thats a sweet rifle. i want one now that i have my m1 garand.

  • The '03a3, or the M1? Because both are VERY nice guns. Definitely Prom Queens. lol.

  • the m1903. i just got a 1956 h&r m1.

  • Good luck finding one. Mine's...60 something years old. Was my dads. It's kind of hard to find those. Hard to find a good M1, too.

  • i just got back from a gun show and saw a whole table loaded with them. there were a few 03s, 03a3s 03a4s and i saw 1 03a2.

  • My grandfather was a sniper in the korean war and carried a scoped M1D. A few years ago, some organization found it in storage, refurbished it and presented it to him. It's beautiful. My Grandpa's name is Bill Krilling. There is a range named after him at Fort Benning, GA.

  • That's pretty sweet.

  • Thanks. The gun has a gold trigger and stuff, its sweet.

  • @FalconKPD And then you woke up and found it was all a dream?

  • Ummm...No?

  • That's p sweet, he probably knew my grandfather who shot for the AMU at Ft. Benning, set the M-14 200m offhand record at the time. my grandfather was also the prez of the Military Marksmanship Association for a time. The marksmanship world is very small, i guarantee they would have known each other. /coolstorybro

  • @ItalianDC I wouldn't doubt it.

  • @FalconKPD

yea your grandfather coached my dad lol wow this is a small ass world

  • @ItalianDC Wow.

  • @ItalianDC who's your Dad?

  • dude that gun is sick.

  • It's difficult to get a sense of how loud the M1 is. I can't even imagine hearing that all day while sitting in a trench.

  • What Rounds do you use for your Garand?

Theres soo many brands, and I've herd that you have to watch out for the Hot-Loaded Rounds, because of you can bend the Op-Rod.

  • Is that metal clinking sound the clip pooping out?

  • yeah after the eight rounds have been fired it pings and falls to the ground.

  • what?

    .30-06

  • 30-06 or 7.62x63

  • what is 7.62x63? I have never heard of that. Maybe you mean 7.62x51

  • most people would just say 30-06 7.62x63 is just 30-06 in millimeter readings.

  • Very good. You know in all my yeas of shooting I have never heard 30-06 referred in millimeters. ( I dont even think I have seen that one a box of ammo) I guess one learns things everyday. :-) You can have them built today in both 7.62x51 and 7.62x63.. I debated about getting one in .308... But when I had mine built I went for the 30-06. thankd for teaching me something....

  • I don't think there is any real difference. If you reloaded it would be important to know, for the case length and all. That's what the x63 is, the case length. But its not like .223 and 5.56 in the AR where there is a slight difference in the two rounds and it's important to know which you can safely shoot.

  • 7.62x63 is the Metric Designation for .30-06.

    Same Round.

  • i love this weapon i would love to fire one

  • m1 classic a nice bit of kit i still love the old mk 4 303 enfeld rifle.

  • wow u pretty good at it i reamember when i shot a thompson the recoil on full auto was crazy!

  • Gotta love the sound when ur out of ammo

  • dude that's a real M1...not an airsoft

  • what model of m1 airsoft is that cause im interested in getting one.

  • Yeah this is the real thing... Loads of fun!

  • holy jesus where yall at r those lyk actual bunkers omgz!!1!

  • i never realized how the M1 isn't as loud as i thought it would..i guess that's hollywood for ya..

  • Oh it is loud.. just not too extreme

  • Airsoft season lasts all year round dude!

    At least here :P

  • Not when it's -40 out!

  • I can play airsoft year round. And I shoot my m1 after the game!

  • God dammit! Why can't we have this kind of fun in Australia!!! Gaaaah!

  • Yay finally a view of the real iron sights!

  • i agree is that at 1.27

  • Hahha, nice. You can see him holding his breath with each shot.

  • Nice... I want one

  • You can't be in a closed, tented place while using a bench to shoot. Get the good feeling of using your other arm and be out in the real snow.

  • looks like fun
