  • THE TITANIC HAS BROUGHT US ALL TOGETHER AS ONE WORLD NOT IST, 2ND OR 3RD CLASS. THE TITANIC SPEAKS TO EVERYONE OF OUR SOULS & WE GET IT.

  • [ could'nt watch this, rather like looking into an open coffin,a bit creepy.

  • I hope nobody ever tries to bring the Titanic back onto land. This is the Titanic's resting place and it is also the resting place of everyone who died on the Titanic.

Rest in peace, I hope you are all well. My condolences to you, the people who died on the Titanic's voyage.

  • Great video I've always wondered what it was like on board of the titanic

  • r.i.p to those who lost their lives

    /:

  • I have to admit, it still looks really beautiful!

  • What is it on 4.22 ?

  • what was even crazier was swimming down there and grabbing some stuff i left on board, i couldnt believe they were still in tact, oh well, gotta do what you gotta do, it was really cold down there...

  • This kinda scary

  • Really great...

  • Wow great video :)

  • cool

  • Beyond this Titianic event (the bigest scam insurance of XXth century) appears the permanent spell cast upon mankind. Looking at present times, we are rnot far from the same sentiment of universal sinking....

  • impresionante

  • my great great great grandmother died on the titanic i miss u great great great grandmother

  • @bobeatsme98 I was born in 1961. My great grandmother died in 1942. My great great great grandmother died in 1837 (or there abouts). How do you miss someone you"ve never met?

  • the thing has been under there for 100 yrs now

  • a very well done to the tribute of the titanic, thank you

  • very good video :)

  • TitanicACentury,com

  • In the movie, I heard that "Snoop Version/Vision" say 'Oop, someone left the water running.' is that true?

  • SWTOR 1 year later

  • The music in this video was amazing! Anybody know the names of them?:)

  • bioshock?

  • Unbelievable

  • How on EARTH did the plates stayed in where they were? I mean, the titanic went up and the plates stayed?

  • @a1r6w it was reported that some women really stayed in the kitchen

  • @bnkrmike29, it's me, a1r6w (Just on another computer). Who reported this to you?

  • @bnkrmike29, thnxs.

  • @a1r6w I thought exactly the same, and the winebottles isn't crashed to pieces.. Well.. thats wierd?

  • @Frederik19951995, yeah! Weird, weird, weird. (It's me, a1r6w. Just on another computer)

  • @Frederik19951995 the plates are wierd somthing can 2 and a half miles and slam dunk the ocean floor and the china still be stacked

  • @3:50 Holy crap! I've lived in houses that looked worse than that. -_-

  • Dose anyone wonder how different it would be if she was still here?

  • i would like to know the names of all those songs

  • Wow imagin if we could walk on the wreck !

  • In 1:11, is that a body on a chair or something

  • thank you for adding the images of people. It's easier to imagine the ship that way (as well as when it was still filled with lives).

By the way, on 6:33, how come the body still has a face? or is it just me?

  • It is a close up of a man's shoe and his trouser leg.

  • How come the plates aren't out of the cupboard?

  • @ChottomatteUyachan is it a face really :O ?

  • @ChottomatteUyachan It's just you. I see nothing but debris.

  • @ChottomatteUyachan It's just you, I'm afraid. The positions of the shoes are where victims finally came to rest; however, all tissue and bone would have been devoured within a year tops; so by summer of 1913, most of the bodies were gone.

  • OMG how I would love to see this in real life before I die.

  • The music suits

  • Amazing indeed, thaw

  • This music SUCKS!!!

  • Scary !!

  • jw how did you make this video?

  • Titanic was such a Beauty! Luxurious ship. She died too young =( R.I.P

  • not nice music

  • so How would they know if divers took things from the actual ship or if they took it from the debri field,,I know that there are STILL dishes sitting on broken down shelves IN the titanic Ive seen videos of it,,,but If divers took some of them dishes HOW would ANY ONE know that it came from INSIDE the ship and NOT the DEBRIS FIELD,,,,I dont see how any one can really know where the Items came from,.INSIDE THE SHIP OR OUTSIDE THE SHIP..HOW would one KNOW

  • @Dolphindream15 I love the images of the plates in the case - that is just amazing. There are plates in the debris field that they took video of as well, but I think they picked them up. Their box was missing, but the plates were all still good. As was the champagne bottles. i find it all fascinating!

  • @mrlmonroe YES I agree it is amazing that they didnt all get broken when the ship plunged down to the bottom of the ocean,,,just amazing,,,I wonder how many more dives to the titanic there will be wont be long and there wont be anything left at all ,,,time will take its toll,,,the ship is already 100 years old,,,

  • @Dolphindream15 Yes - next year - 100 years. It is a time capsule for sure. Time stands still. I can't get enough reading up on Titanic.......

  • @mrlmonroe they keep saying that titanic is a under water museum an under water museum for who,,,only certian few have the money to dive down upon titanic and see this under water museum,,in my opion a museum is FOR ALL TO SEE,,but if you cant get to the museum due to the fact its down in the ocean,,then it couldnt be a museum ,,if no one can go and see it,,and it wont be long and titanic wont excist,,she is starting to crumble, and fall,,more and more,in time

  • @Dolphindream15 I guess it's only a museum by video stream and pictures. I think of things like 911 - and just a few years later (10) there isn't anything to be seen. Just rebuilding. They have had to go down so many times to titanic and find out more - mostly to know who was to blame in that tragedy. My thought is, the most blaring fault is the idiots that decided to have 20 lifeboats. They always stood behind the fact that that was all that was legally required,

  • @Dolphindream15 but very shortly after this they changed the rules to be enough lifeboats for all passengers. Also, that they were so naive to think a ship - any ship - could be unsinkable. They didn't look at enough scenarios - they think " oh if she gets hit in the front, it will only breach 2 watertight compartments.." duh folks. I know, sounds bad of me to be so snide about their thoughts, but I guess they just lived in a different world. Nonetheless, I would never get to see the

  • @Dolphindream15 underground museum - going down 3 miles - NO WAY!!

  • @mrlmonroe yea thats what they say an underater museum ,,,YOUR RIGHT BUDDY NO WAY!!

  • footage should be enough to take from her,not artefects, let her rest, together with the remains of these pour people!it sure is a grave!

  • If there are human remains, they need to be brought up and buried or cremated. It doesn't prove it's a grave. It's proof that it's a shipwreck on which many people died.

  • @kayper54 Pay attention. There are no longer any remains at over 14,000 feet. And I suppose we should also go get the remains that do still exist on all the ships and planes that went down in sea battles from all the wars and bring them up also right? Or do only those lost on the Titanic rate for that? Hey why not? Lets spends hundreds of millions and go bone diving. Let's get those bones out of the Arizona at Pearl Harbor too while we are at it. Jezze! Spark up a few brain cells.

  • wow I didnt think there would be any human remains,,very erie thats proof its a GRAVE

  • @Dolphindream15 Hi....there actually isn't the HUMAN remains, just leather and things that are treated Like the shoes and some clothes. they say the human remains have all been removed by the sea creatures....many years ago.

  • @mrlmonroe wow ,,,as many times as the titanic has been dived upon i wouldnt think that there is much left that they can salvage from her,,,although i did see in a underwater dive not too long ago a clock that stiil sits there in one of the cabins im surprised that they havent taken that,,,but really i dont think theres too much more they can take,,,

  • @Dolphindream15 There is actually a ban now against removing anything from the SHIP. They can take anything from the debris field. There is an actual "titanic society" (not sure the exact name) that ensures she remains the way she is. Time will only take the rest away. But like I said, the debris field will continue to come back up I'm sure :) :)

  • @mrlmonroe I did hear of a law that people cant take stuff anymore I know there has been a battle over that I do believe that there has been french divers that have gone down there and taken things,,,but you had mentioned that ,,they cant take things from the actual ship but you said that they CAN take things from the debris field,,now my QUESTION is HOW would they know IF what they took IS from the DEBRIS field or if what they took is from the actual ship

  • @Dolphindream15 that's a good question and I don't know how they resolve it. I know Ballard - the one that found it "first" had a look but don't touch policy. Then the french went and they took so much from it. He was so upset they took the bell off the crow's nest, and also the sign he had brought down honouring the dead. I don't know how they police it, but I hope they do - as my feeling is it shouldn't be touched....

  • I couldn't go down there, it would be way too eery and haunting

  • the grand staircase, possibly floated up and broke off. one passenger, said that he think he saw what looked like a section of the staires floating in the water. the rest of the staircase probably dertirated with time.

  • by 1940's all human remains were gone.

my guess Cameron wasn't allowed to go to a pecific area was because it was hard acess to get too.

I know the pool area was never explored because one of the crew shut the door before it sank.

  • How ironic that the third class passengers were kept behind an iron gate so they couldn't mingle with the first class passengers, but now bodies from both classes ended up together at the bottom of the ocean.

  • i thought the staircase was never found

  • not matter what, the titanic always makes me cry

  • preaty soon Titanic will all be gone in the next 20 or 22 years in the year 2022 a lady from the expidition said. At least some of the TItanic ship will be visible for us to see. I say they should make a replica of the Titanic an EXACT Replica and make a cruise liner but with more lifeboats and hmm maybe some submerians with it xD and a 20 helicopers xD!!!! ok maybe not to exact lol well we need more life boats and ect.. so we dont face the same tragaty that happen 99 years ago.

  • The clock on the mantle at 3.27,can anyone make out what time it is,i can't see it very well.would be interesting to know.

  • @TheMaddogjake looks like 20 to 11 or 12 maybe.......or.......5 to 8 or 9

  • @90bizzman LOL.

  • @TheMaddogjake I believe it's somewhere between 2:15 and 2:20 (the time Titanic fully sank.)

  • in minute 6:31 is that a body or what the heck is it !!!

  • It's a body. You can see his shoe in the middle of the screen and his trouser leg to the right. He was probably a greaser or an engineer who worked down in the boiler rooms. The bacteria does not touch certain materials. Shoes and bags are preserved. His black overalls were probably made of the same material.

  • @Aaron1912 I wonder if it will ever be possible to send saturation divers to that depth?? Maybe using liquid breathing or something of that nature to withstand the pressure? It would be fascinating to actually touch this wreck where it lies

  • @Aaron1912 The engineers of the Titanic were the true heroes of this disaster. They worked furiously to keep the lights going on the ship so that other people had a chance to make it out. They stayed on their posts until they went down together with the ship.

  • @Aaron1912 Man, It still feels like there's life inside it! I don't know, I really want to see and learn more about the ship all the time! It's not about the movie, who gives a shit about the movie {which showed the sinking great after all}but I don't know.....If I ever had money to preserve it I'll spent it all there!

  • @Aaron1912 As to the other comment - I see no "body", only (perhaps) where a body might have been.

  • @pinto5234 Well that is not a body but it is items that a lost soul was wearing, there is no biological material at that depths left.

  • @pinto5234 its a body of somebody but its scary

  • I would love the clock on the mantle, a few of the chandeliers and some of the stain glass. And can you imagine how exquisite that champagne must be after being chilled for so many years?

  • Hello - could anyone tell me the origin of this footage, i.e. who owns the copyright and who can I contact to apply for a licence? Many thanks.

  • I remember watching James Cameron's Titanic expedition. It was mentioned ( don't quote me on this ) that he was either not permitted to film a particular area of the wreck or refused to film a particular area. My guess, it was because human remains where discovered. If someone knows, please let me know.

BTW the colored tiles is part of the D deck in the Turkish bath house.

  • @P0V3RTY09 It was C deck, he said "Do not go into C deck !" Probably because it was too dangerous for ROV to get there, i dont think that after so many years there should be any human remains.

  • Hi Aaron1912

Just want to say a huge thank you for this amazing video which I found very touching. Still today the grief of her loss and all those lost with her hangs in the air above and around us. Thank you for helping to keep her memory alive.

  • I think those furnishings should have been salvaged, restored, and put on a new ship. Call it looting; I call it keeping the ship alive, albeit in a newer form.

  • @CaseyMcLaughalot I'm afraid to say yes. that is where somewhere died. you can tell how the boots are layed.

  • EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! JOB WELL DONE>>>

  • That's Olympic on the ocean floor, not titanic :)

  • @Mahoney8T7 Could well be. I often wonder if we'll ever know the full truth or not. Something was covered up, for sure.

  • I would never dive the titanic, its looks way to creepy lol

  • Where did the stairs go in the grand staircase?

  • @zombislayerpwnsnoobs I imagine they got pounded into splinters when that big wave came through - this is a shipwreck, remember? ;)

  • @RebelKnightCSA Yah I know lol but damn look at the church in the titanic its still there color and all.

  • Is that an elevator shaft at 4:23?

  • Great footage. Enjoyed watching it, thanks for uploading it.

  • Beautifully and so tastefully done as always, Aaron. Many thanks for putting yet another lovely piece together and for using period pieces for this, as opposed to what has become such a cliche use of the James Horner soundtrack. Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake (1876), that lovely waltz and Scott Joplin's "Bethena" (1908) and Magnetic Rag (1914) would have still been quite contemporary by 1912 and may have been played. For sure, they played Irving Berlin's "Alexander's Ragtime Band (1911) as she sank.

  • woudnt mind a blast on that champagne from the sea bed

  • @H0LD1N .DRINK THAT AND YOU WILL BE A WRECK.LOL.

  • @TheMaddogjake lol i would be countin on it!!! 8 )

  • I would like see a wreck . :(

video is great but music is terible ...

  • @olka192009 the music you are hearing is the sort of music that was around in 1912, perhaps they even listened to it being played by the ships band? the music is perfect for the video, what do you want to hear? hip hop?

  • สถานที่จริงเลยหรอนี่ สุดยอด

  • As much as I love 'Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition', to me, a whole Titanic on the ocean floor is so much more captivating.

  • I don't understand one thing. The story about this legendary ship is beautiful and sad. But can't at least some parts from the ship wreck be taken out of the ocean and put in some museum to save them, so memories would stay and people could visit?

In the contrary after some years the wreck will be gone, although I'm sure there's nothing much left by now.

  • @Mikijpele Though there has been significant deterioration of the wreck since it's discovery almost 25 years ago, much of the ship is still in excellent condition; there is still wood preserved within the hull for one example. As for removal of artefacts, 6000 have been recovered from the debris field since 1986 and they are now part of an internationally travelling exhibition. Objects are not removed from the ship itself as it is considered the main grave site for the victims of the disaster.

  • Amazing!!!

  • Next year, it'll be the 100th year that the Titanic has been underwater.

  • Fantastic vid!

  • Pretty sad at the end... I wish there was a way that they could bring it up out of the ocean, but when you think about it; the ocean is what is preserving it so well.

  • What happened to the Grand Staircase? Did it collapse?

  • @Kickbutt1122334455 years of exposure to salt water had rotted much of the wood of the grand stair case. Ironically, many of the first class cabins had fireplace mantles made of tiki wood which is highly pressurized and resistant to long exposure.

  • If the conspiracy theory of the Olympic and Titanic being switched is true then this is really Olympic in this video. However all the things they have found at the wreck point to it infact being Titanic. They were sister ships along with Britannic, but there were some slight differences in the three. Still it is interesting to think that the ship we believe this is could possibly be her sister.

  • aztech2727

Well, no shit it looks like in the film. They based the film off of what they found in the real titanic, look it up if you don't believe me.

  • u do realise, that it looks like some if not all of that footage come from when they were shooting the film back in the 1990s. lol

  • It's all real. Most of it was filmed during the 2001 expedition and the rest was filmed in the 1980's.

  • Some people never even left thir cabins during the sinking. Imagine how terrifying that would be

  • @LilBitHorseMadX Oh, you've never seen the 1997 film? Are you aware that next April they will be screening it in theaters in 3D to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the sinking?

  • I can't believe this.

On 15/04/12 I will be 16 years old.

On 15/04/12 It will be 100 years ago.

I wish i was born on another day :(

    R.I.P.

  • Fantastic video! Much enjoyed :)

  • @LilBitHorseMadX It certainly looks that way, doesn't it? :) However, the glass is merely reflecting the light source coming from the mini subs used for the underwater navigation.

  • Great Job! Much enjoyed.

  • It is too bad she is gone, I had the idea of re-building Titanic. I mean look at all this money these people put on these Nickelodeon cruise ships

  • its just awesome, i love titanic since i was like 5, i really wanna go there down the water wanna see how this wonder really looks like....!!

  • aahhhw thats is so nice

  • wouldn't it be cool if we could breath under water as well?...i would be always at the bottom of the ocean seeing what i could find

  • Anyone know what happened to the grand staircase?

  • @TlalocMr There are two theories: one is that the staircase was eaten away by underwater microbes since the steel infrastructure is still there. Another theory is that is that the wooden parts broke apart during the sinking and either floated to the surface or sunk below. But because it is gone now the gaping hole in place allows for the mini subs to navigate into other areas of the ship much easier. So in a way it's a blessing in disguise.

  • 1:10 wow! you must have had brill lighting to get that! That's amazing quality!

  • it's so sad to see the Titanic on the sea floor

  • guys,we can no longersee the name of titanic in the bow,it was painted, and all the paint is corroded away by now.

  • It is RMS Titanic. (Royal Mail Steamer) HMS was only used on battleships and other naval shipping in times of war.

  • @Aaron1912 oh i stand corrected, thanks!

  • @Aaron1912 yup its Royal Mail Steamer

  • @Aaron1912 I thought RMS stood for Royal Master Ship

  • @Aaron1912 thats were HMS britanic comes into it

  • @Aaron1912 yeh aaron1912 is right... leonardos character Jac even mentions it in the movie when hes talking to roses family for dinner..... bdw aaron.. loved ur video mate.. really brougt it back to life.. excellent work.. why dont u put the back ground music from jacks ddeath on this video... would really touch hearts.. xx would you know how to get that music?? : )

  • @Aaron1912 Isnt there a movie about titanic being underwater?

  • @callos1232 wow! u obviously dont understand much about pre-1970s as far back as steam liners go! the titanic was called RMS TITANIC. HMS - was only used for warships, most ships today dont have a company or such a proud 3 letter code. although most cargo ships and cruisers and some liners, or much more known as cruise liners and ferrys have the code letters of m/v m/s. if you wish to know more please do reply to my comment...........

  • @aztech2727 Nope, i only know a little about warships.

  • i have loved the titanic since i was 2 years old. and i would love nothing more than to be able to see this myself, but its $40,000 to do so "/ plus the cost of traveling to norway... isnt it enough that it would mean the world to me?

  • it baffles me that this huge ass ship sank..i know it hit an iceburg..but one would think that the iceburg would be more damage then this huge ship...just saying

  • @Midnightryder7 The iceberg was very tiny but under water it was huge! Try looking it up. I've seen a drawing of how big it was

  • @Midnightryder7 The Titanic was built using relatively small sections of steel or a pore quality, with a high sulphur content. Steel technology was not what it is today remember.

These sheets were held together with Iron Rivets, proven to be often weak and brittle in lab tests on the actual rivets brought up from the wreck.

When she hit the berg, the rivets sheared and water quickly flowed through the gaps created.

A modern, welded hull, made with modern steels, is far stronger!

  • sad. by 2020 they say shes gonna be nothing but a stain on the sea floor.. :/

  • @staytruestayfit yea but everything within her will be out glass plates so may things lockers lots of things will fall out and could tell a new story on how she sank!

  • @staytruestayfit Not likely. Her superstructure might have collapsed by then or at least detoriated considerably by 2020, but the basic shape and hull will remain as it is for a very long time. However, the softer material and more fragile areas of the bow, such as the boat deck and promenade, could be completely collapsed within the next decade. Hopefully not but just in the last 15 years or so, noticable detoriation has been noted. That's why more interior exploration needs to be done soon.

  • Very spooky place down there! So many deaths could have been avoided if arrogance and pride would not have blinded their minds back then... R. I. P. for all those who found their grave in the sea....

  • ;)

  • It's amazin to me how the plates are still in the shelves intact.

  • I dont know... but is there a shape of a corpse at 6:34?

  • that is the best wreckk footage ever!

  • what is the song name when "the grand staircase" pops up?

  • actually not,but still it looks like metal

  • maybe at 3:34 its metal,i mean, titanic still has most of the outside painting so...

  • Alot of you say it would be kinda bad to be there like 2 weeks after it sank because of all the corpses...the truth is at that depth there is a massive change of pressure so the corpses are not even recognizable as humans. They look a bit like torn apart paper sheets at that depth.

  • What is it about the Titanic which captures peoples imaginations so much?

  • papovitch1 i think you should just shut up mate of course the plates and other items can stay in almost perfect condition under these kind of pressures. and none of the items are allowed to be taken from the titanic as it is classed as a mass grave sight and would be concidered to be grave robbing

  • @astramax1 honestly this is one of those cases where I'd say screw the rules and just take the things from within the wreck, let the titanic society have them and allow them to be put into preservation at museums or in private areas. Somewhere they have rightful descendants who should own them.
