Hello there. I am on my 2nd loading day and I am not having problems with eating, I know I have heard that people have a hard time because of the HCG already working. Should I be concerned?

OMG A SIZE ONE!! I never dreamed that was possible unless someone was 8 Years old or something. @sylviapantoja23 - MSM has helped me a lot - but what I wish was that I had been using it from day one. I think that would have helped my skin keep up with the shrinking. Thank you for commenting =)

@Dancinh0ttie19 It is a supplement that comes in various form. Many people have told me the msm soap works really well. I think taking it in liquid form internally is the best. check out my skin recipe on how I use it with other stuff for my face. Msm also comes in a cream too. Like I said there are many choices.

This is in addition to last post: not enough room- I really stopped all attempts at makeup and girly stuff. I see now that I am starting to get lines above my mouth and marionette lines. I never saw them until I lost some weight. I think because I never had a skin care regime, that I will not be able to get rid of these lines now even if I start trying your DMSO solution. Afraid that they will also only get worse with more weight loss.

@33malisa - You are so cute!! - I can't tell how many times in the past people would say to me "well you are big boned. I knew I wasn't, so NOW it is great when people say I'm "tiny" LOL. I had a male co-worker ask me if my plan was to get to a zero. My plan is to be in this size a very,very long time. I know the size that is perfect for you can happen too ! Thank you!!! =)

@TheMistressdemona - MSM for sure then - liquid is best for absorption in your system. And the liquid doesn't taste bitter like the powder . Biotin is very good too. 2 supplements that help with releases are oil based so since you are new to the hcg experience I don't want to "corrupt" you ;) Down the line if you hit a point when you feel you need a boost in your releases ask me then =)

Hey Colleen, you know guys... attracted to shiny things - but I guess having worked for a smaller bootay deserves a little recognition and admiration. You look awesome in all the jeans you bought. Great for you to get in such a small size. I have also learned throughout this HCG journey that the original goals we set for ourselves, we end up resetting them along the way. We start out very conservative on our goals and then we realize the HCG diet works and start setting higher (or lower if you want to look at it as pounds and inches released) goals for ourselves and know we can actually reach the ultimate weight loss for us. It is amazing
