learn to hold th sticks right before you try teachin beginners how to play a set. not sposed to grip tht tight, let it alil loose, bottom of stick should hit palm of yr hand. play a concert like tht and yr hand will tire out faster, play th right way and it wont.

hey nice vid. jst looking around i realised that u play with ur arms more than your wrist. try loosen up them wrists. its easier 2 get speed and more comfertable.
