Actually, the 1% doesn't mean outlaw. To be a Hell's Angel it is already assumed that you are an outlaw.

The !% means that you've killed someone and it has been witnessed and confirmed by another 1% Hell's Angel.

@counterstryke Actually, 1% has nothing to do with killing anybody. It came from the AMA (American Motorcycle Association) saying '99% of bikers were law abiding citizens, the other 1% were not'. Some motorcycle clubs were sanctioned by the AMA and wore 1% patches to show they were the 1% who weren't law abiding and were indeed 'outlaws'. For someone with such great grammar and spelling I'd expect research before stating false facts.
