This is pretty decent, but a few recommendations if I may.

Use your pinky finger. I know that, as my friend says, "They're too weak!" but it's pretty much essential for this song. And I don't know if you're doing this, but in the intro and fill (I suppose that's what it's called) where it goes 5-4-2-0 on the D string, make sure you get those in between notes in. It gives the song a fuller feel. Do you know where there's a good tutorial or tab for just the acoustic part?
