Your video freaked me out big time, I read your story and saw all the other videos. I cancelled my 'laybuy' and got a full refund because it's being king of recalled by the ASSS (down in OZ). The shops are still selling them !! Hubby got me a Maclaren instead which was 1/2 the price and I head that I wont be regretting that purchase. Thank you for your video you have saved me a lot of heart ache.
LOL, I'm laughing I just returned mine today to Bed Bath & Beyond, my daughter is 2 months. I thought it was imagination that the stroller would not roll. I also paid almost $700 for the base and adapter. I got stuck in the elevator at the mall in between the doors. I was also stuck coming out of the bathroom. I loved everything else about the stroller but the wheels would not roll. Very embarassing.

My husband purchased the bugaboo bee denim at Toyrus in NYC in May, we didn't open the box until I gave birth in July 2011..AND LET ME SCREAM THIS OUT TO BUGABOO.. ME, MY NEWBORN GIRL AND 3 YR OLD SON, GOT STUCK ON THE INTERSECTION OF QUEENS BLVD WITH THE LIGHT TURNING RED ON US!!!! I WANTED TO DIE! Then..another incident..the escalators, The stroller got stuck right when I wanted to come off. This needs to be recalled. Customer service sucks and I am livid
Or, we have these strange stairless escalators - sort of like flat ones in airports, if the stroller gets blocked as your getting off of that and you end up falling over the stroller because you can't get out of the way fast enough. Bugaboo doesn't answer their phones. Nor email. They should be ashamed of their business practices. Make a public statement. Do something, but don't ignore your customers.
Same here - just bought it June 2011, for baby born in Aug. Used it twice and same thing. This should legally be recalled. I experienced a number of scenarios where the baby could be injured. For example, going into a shop and having the door slammed onto the baby because the stroller got stuck and couldn't move fast enough away from the door.
we have purchased the same stroller through kiddisave in July 2011 and had the exact same problems within 2 weeks of using the pram!!! Extremely disappointed as I spent a week researching what would be the best stroller for us...I have let both bugaboo and kiddisave know about the problem and will see how they respond.
i have the same exact problem with mine i have the bee denim 107 and is the same thing i called them and they refuse to fix the problem with out the recipt ( wih i lost during a move) evan with me telling them that the wheels did that in the middle of the street with my new born and my 6 yr old , the light evan changed on us in the middle of the avenue...... very scary !!!!!!! ( they suggested that if i didnt have the receipt to apply wd40 .... wich didnt help)

I purchased this bugaboo bee plus on July, 2011, and it is such a big disappointment. i got same problem. they send me new replacement wheels but it doesn't solve the problem!
ME TOO. SO DISAPPOINTED. Just got it this week and I'm shocked and so hurt by this problem. Such an expensive stroller with a problem that even graco has solved for their carriages????

There has been a recall on the wheels for jan - sept 2011 versions. contact them direct.
just a note though.. ours had wobbly BACK wheels as well, so Bugaboo sent us new rear wheels. Now or chasis is rattling like a cheap plastic one.
NOT a quality product at all :(

I had the same problem and had two new sets of wheels sent to me. It was very annoying but am glad it got sorted in the end.

I have a brand new bee as well and the same problem.
I got new wheels but didnt solve the problem.
