Oh, that Nectar sounds good. I'm so sick of drinking the milk-based shakes. And, lady, I TOTALLY hear you on the loss of appetite. I've managed to get in all of my protein all but three days so far, but some nights I just want to go to bed and I'm forcing down another shake. Blech. Congrats on teh loss, by the way!!
