easy way to pass this mission :

before entering jizzy's building, u will see his car is parked outside. Puncture its tyres and put it over the back of his building and do little damage to the car too. Now enter the building, he will be directly spawned where his car is kept!

he will leave the car very soon and u can kill him in one shot!
