i used to be addicted to smoking until someone told me the best way to stop was put a cigarette up your arsehole before you go to bed at night. then place the cigarette back with the others so you don't know which one it is by the morning. this form of aversion therapy worked for me and i stopped smoking. thing is now i can't go to sleep at night unless i have a cigarette shoved up me ass.
