Uh..Try Orphcrack for vista. Its free and boots from the cd at startup and it will give you the actual passwords for all accounts.

just follow the step. you have to run cmd as administrator just right click on cmd and you will see that option also when you type in the new pass you don't actually see it this where a lot of people mess up so be careful with that.
