Actually watched this last week, my thoughts were pretty much the same as yours. Twist was easily guessed but some of the smaller parts were a surprise which was kinda nice. Good review, made some very good points.

I had pretty much the same reaction. I guessed the twist ending as well. You could see it coming. Overrated film in my opinion.
