Not as of yet, I don't think... They encounter him again in Shippuden, but he hasn't actually come back to the village or anything... In the manga (SPOILERs) he's just now facing off against Itachi. In the anime, Sai's just left with Orochimaru and Kabuto...... That's as far as I've gotten.
