  • Corporations are the problem not the Government. They have the power, money, and ability to buy politicians. This power was given to them by the tea party because remember corporations are people to...just people that have MUCH more power and say than you do. This movie is a sham and frankly Im shocked there are this many likes for the trailer.

  • @granolajohn you are a moron. The problem is that gov't thinks it has the power to steal your money to provide others with benefits. This is theft plain and simple. They discovered this long ago and the founders warned us about it. The corporations are merely paying the gov't officials to steer those benefits towards them. If they weren't there, the politicians would still be spending just as much and just as fast. The politicians are enemies of our Constitution and of ourselves.

  • please remember reagan tripled the national debt

  • @nsdtr01 he had to, it kept taxes low. and with all the social programs we have now, it is impossible not to grow the debt. he could not have gotten every cut through congress... these programs need to be funded somehow, even if the president disagrees with it.

  • @ConorJNixon military spending?

  • @ImClayMoore I know it sounds weird, was supposed to be "these are lies". but it is the true. SSA is not broke and one of the reasons why the USPS is having problems is because of some mandates that forced USPS to make put aside money for the benefits of future employees. Also, USPS cannot stop making deliveries on Sundays because is the law. A little bit of flexibility from Congress could save USPS.

  • @denisrenelara Let me inform you that the social security trust fund is comprised entirely of federal bonds. When a bond is issued, the treasury receives the funds involved and then issues the bond. If the treasury is more than $15,000,000,000,000 in debt, then all of the trust fund investment is held in this amount of debt. In 2018, SS taxes and benefits will equal and from there after, we will have to start paying back the bonds, meaning higher SS taxes, income taxes, or >debt.

  • Sorry, Ronald Reagan is going to teach us why deficit spending is bad? Ronald "Responsible for Single Largest Deficit Increase in US History" Reagan? Yeah. Great. Thanks.

  • @sevens3 Well, Reagan WAS responsible for the largest deficit increase until Obama. $4,000,000,000,000 in less than 3 years. That is more than $13,000 per man, woman, and child living in the United States. But really, who cares what a man did 30 years ago. I wasn't even born when Reagan took office, so why should I care what he did? I know that unless we get out of debt, my generation or the next will be slaves. The debt sold round the world is our future productive capability.

  • @dlstb I was alive and the big difference is that what Reagan did actually improved the economy and overall economic health of the nation what Obama has done has just dug us deeper into the hole

  • Wow only the republican party would make a cartoon portraying the democrats as silly and evi

  • @penguinparker7 Since the media is dishonest and Holly-Weird is pro Odumbo, somebody has to inform America!

  • Ron Paul 2012. Never voted for higher taxes. Against spending. Against the FED. Predicted the 08 crash 5 years prior. Against SOPA, PIPA, and NDAA. Against the wars. Only candidate with a macroeconomic background. Only candidate who fights for our freedom. For your liberty! For your justice! America's last hope! Spread the word now, or you will regret you didn't.

YouTube: Ron Paul Predictions <-- one of several mind blowing speeches from Dr Paul.

Don't let the media choose your president!

  • Pelosi! I will NEVER forget what you said, "We need to pass this bill so we can see what's in it." Wow, hey you keep her in office CA.

  • i like this movie it has a good message

  • oh yes sure, and who's money is it that fuckin fascist republican want to spend for war? so whats better, to spend it for war or for health/education? the spent money for war is 10 times higher and the fascists would spend even more if the ycould. hmm but dont care, it comes in again from the stolen war-oil. or why are you us-americans paying the half price for fuel compared to us, europeans? yes bad bad socialists... socialist=social i can see only goodness in this word!

  • Just brilliant and oh so funny.

  • Republicans and Democrats...Super PACS to further influence you god given right to the democratic right to vote at the pace that was provided. Don't let the media hurry your decision. Don't let the media educate you on making a selection for what is the greatest position in the United States of America. Let the process be your guide. Go to reputable sources like wikipedia for up to date and history of each candidate. Educate yourself then let your heart and mind be your guide not emotion.

  • Too late for propaganda, Reagonomics failed and is the ENTIRE cause of the mess we're in!

  • This would be great if it wasn't stupidly partisan. The Republicans were given control of the federal government and they embarked on a massive increase of government. The republicans were given their last chance and they totally blew it with multi-wars, Constitution-busting bills, and massive new entitlement programs followed by enormous bailouts of their bankstering buddies. Enough! Either put up Ron Paul so we know you mean business, or we're done with being fooled.

  • The opening explains exactly why Obama has failed socialism doesn't work.Earlier this month Obama said for the next election if people want lower taxes, less government spending, etc that they'll vote for the GOP runner in 2012. Obama's an idiot that's exactly what we the people want I guess he'll finally see that when he loses next November.

  • WE NEED ANOTHER REAGAN!

  • OBAMA 2012 YAY!!

  • @JTEsterkamp Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Don't corporate entities mainly gain power in Washington through corrupt government bureaucracies that allow themselves to be bought? The people make up the system and are therefore just as responsible as the we the people who vote to put them in office.

  • @iwantyourmoneydoc Capitalism has corruption built into it, best is to take away the power to corrupt

  • @iwantyourmoneydoc I do not disagree with what you say. When I say system I mean parts of government as well. The US needs electoral reform, the two party system needs to end. It would be nice to elect people who will make a change, the only problem is that most won't. Look at the GOP nominees, the only one that will change things is Ron Paul, the rest are just more of the same. Romney and Gingrich are all talk and Santorum is a statist. Ron Paul 2012.

  • @JTEsterkamp sez"The people at OWS understand who has the real power in this country"

    Really?

The OWS is an attempt to capitalize on the Tea Party movement. Ironically they have similar demands in that Government needs to change. However the OWS is backed by groups that want to destroy America not rebuild it. You only need look at their original demands & all the Communists who came out in their support.

OWS has been abandon by the Dems who started it

  • @Texmurphy51 While the Tea Party and OWS share similarities I would not call OWS a capitalization of the Tea Party. The Tea Party has good ideas especially when it comes to economics. I think though the Tea Party doesn't see the the picture like OWS does. OWS does not want to destroy America, and neither does the Tea Party. They both are doing what they think is best! The Tea Party has wasted too much of it time focusing on petty issues (Birthers, social conservatism)

  • @JTEsterkamp sez"OWS does not want to destroy America"

Maybe not but if their demands were met it would

Completely open borders, minimum wage $20/hour, Free college for all, FREE EVERYTHING.

OWS is a very small group pumped up by the media, (they helped grow it)

Tea Party was supressed by the media & was a true grass roots movement.

OWS has gotten out of control & will be rejected by Dems in the future

  • @Texmurphy51 OWS is not a small group, in fact it has spread around the world, with occupy protests being held around the world. Are there tea party protests being held around the world? The tea party is an AstroTurf movement, it may have started as a grassroots but it is far from that now. Tea Party is only in the USA, while OWS has had protests in 950 cities over 82 countries.

  • @JTEsterkamp Wal-Mart's GDP is under 2% of the economy. You think that is enough power for them to create a totalitarian state?

  • @FitnessByMatt uh.....Wal-Mart is not the only large corporate power in this country. I am sure they have many lobbyists in congress, as all of them do. Btw it's called inverted totalitarianism lol not the same thing as totalitarianism. All of those companies exert much more control over our government than you or I even can hope to.

  • @JTEsterkamp Different corporations are not all friends, in fact they are staunch competitors, so it doesn't matter what their total power is. As I said, it's not like they all have the same interests.

  • @JTEsterkamp If you ask me, after reading what you said, people who believe what you just said, are the biggest problem...silly liberal mindset...politicians are the problem, they sure aren't the solution, and they sure aren't gonna change this "system" you refer to because it just isn't in the political elites interest to minimize their growing powers!

  • @JTEsterkamp so corporations aren't taxed at 35%, the highest in the world? By your logic, corporations are given money from washington? really? washington writes checks from taxpayer money to corporations?

  • @denisrenelara Are you being serious, or just extremely sarcastic? Just wondering...

  • @iwantyourmoneydoc I am being serious, the only reason that the USPS is having problems is because of mandates that passed on 2006 forcing the USPS to pay for benefits of futures employees. Other mandates prohibit the USPS from closing locations that are not getting business.

  • He also gave MERV technology to the Chinese! Clinton did no such thing as give us surplus. All appropriations begin in the House of Reps., it was Newt Gingrich that did that!! Get your FACTS. Useful idiots can't stand em.

  • Let's not forget Reagan was challenging the USSR which was a SUPERPOWER. Trust me, making nuclear weapons on an assembly line isn't cheap, but at least we beat the Soviets. Ron Paul 2012.

  • So Reagan tripled the the National debt greatly expanded the size of government. Bush doubled the national debt and doubled the size of government..tsa DHS ANYONE? Clinton gave us surpluses. ...and somehow this is the democrats fault....or even Obama who inherited the worst conservative shit sandwich since FDR? Wow anyone who believes this crap must be a complete idiot!!

  • @joshuancts You forgot that Reagan became president during the Cold War. Reagan wanted to defeat the Soviet Union and that overlaps his negatives because he made the country safer.

  • @1Historygenius So training funding ad equipping Osama bin laden and the Taliban in order to defeat the

    Soviets in Afghanistan was justified?

  • @joshuancts I don't think he knew that they could become such an issue in the future.

  • @joshuancts I don't think he knew that they could become such an issue for the states.

  • @joshuancts While most of you continue to sling-shit at the "other" side, the politicians and TPTB continue doing exactly as they want to do - or as instructed by multi-national corporations and banksters. You're lured into the age old practice of divide and conquer, thinking you're on the winning side. We're not even a spoke in the wheel - yet think we're the hub. If we want to place blame on the mess - it rest on all our shoulders. Ignorance has allowed it to happen. You're not exempt.

  • @4micaman The Tea party has been a good start. Now we have these I'll quote Stalin here "useful idiots" They are protesting 10% profits while paying nearly 50% taxes embedded in everything!

  • @joshuancts typical liberal...blaming the republicans. with the exception of bush jr who made some bad choices in his last year and a half with his stimulus. ya debt did go up under reagan...thats wut a democratic congress will get u. bush senor had a democratic congress as well and they set him up to raise taxes...the reason for his one term. with clinton...the economy was great because we had a republican congress who wouldnt let him do anything. herman cain 2012

  • THAT IS SO STUPID

  • Funny revisionisme, considering that:

    1. Reagan was a serial tax raiser.

    2. Reagan nearly tripled the federal budget deficit.

    3. Unemployment soared after Reagan’s 1981 tax cuts, Reagan disproportionately taxed the poor and middle class, just like captain O.

    4. Reagan grew the size of the federal government tremendously, bailed out social security in 83´.

    5. Reagan did little to fight prenatal infanticide (aka abortion).

    6. Reagan gave amnesty to 3 million undocumented immigrants.

  • @Fridaey13txhOktober I think you forget that Reagan became president during the Cold War. I think he did what he did (increasing the size of the military) in order to defeat the Soviets. also abortion in bad (at least we can agree on that)

  • Outraged sorry typo

  • A great and informative movie. Obviously liberals will be out raged 1 because it isn't pro socialist and 2 because it simply speaks the truth.

  • Comment removed

  • Too bad a lot of people in this video are warmongers and don't seem to have a problem with deficit spending as long as it funds their militarism.

  • It's all about CLASSES ... there must be 3 or more classes in any society in order for that society to thrive ... the current state of affairs has us going dow the path to a Two class society... the HAVE's and The Have Not's !!!

  • We have over 30 years of failure of market liberalism to learn from, and yet the false narrative that the market solves all problems and that the government is a dangerous money-hungry monster continues to survive. My entire adult life I've heard this trickle-down hooey. I still think Reagan was one of the worst presidents ever. I thought that as a college student and I my opinion of him has not improved in the decades since.

  • Look at the difference in government between Europe and America: it makes absolutely no difference at all in the state of government spending. There is a problem waaaaaaaaaaay more fundamental than all this bickering about socialism. It is the moronic illusion that you can always have growth. You can't. Everybody knows it, nobody accepts it. The solution is simple: accept that there cannot always be growth and take your losses.

  • come on - using reagan as a model for economics? can anyone say laffer curve? the film could very well make valid points, but one wouldn't know it from this trailer...my opinion - someone tell me how the laffer curve is a good idea

  • its time to start it up tea party lets party

  • Sounds like more hucksterism. Tax rates have been going consistently down since the 60's. Reagan spearheaded a movement to consolidate all of the wealth at the top. Now they use that to argue that the poor pay too little. There is certainly no complaint from these folks about war spending being kept off budget. And the theft complaint sounds kind of absurd after seeing what Goldman Sachs and Lehman were up to. But the worst part is the Speed Racer style lip syncing in the animations.

  • Ron Paul is LISTENING HE WILL REDUCE TAXES AND GOVT. SPENDING AND DRASTICALLY CUT MILITARY SPENDING BY BRINGING THE TROOPS HOME! GO RON PAUL 2012

  • ron paul!!!!!

  • Wow no mention of Ron Paul who is currently leading at 2012iowacaucus .Thats strange since it was his campaign in 2008 that brought all of this to the forefront.

Get this through your heads it is not the spending that is the crux of the problem it is the philosophy that needs to change. Google: Ron Paul Lew Rockwell

There you can see his philosophy that he has been expounding on for 30 years but no one would listen. Read his writings, check out the myriad of books. Last chance America.

  • As a veteran of the Us Navy subfleet..I have grown to hate liberals. They are turning the nation I love into a socialist Nation. I see many many frusterated veterans out there these days. Its no wonder the Dems want to de rail the Military absentee vote. If you turds want Socialism..GO TO russia or CHINA. OR north Korea

  • @iwantyourmoneydoc, I caught this documentary on netflix, and now it's been one of my favorites, I'm buying a dvd copy as well. Great info.

  • Spit on

  • HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA supply-side economics were disproven in 2003 by the congressional budget office it decreases government revenue. Also demand is what creates jobs. EXAMPLE: Man has a business, he hires workers because the demand for the product or service his business provides has increased, if he hired workers to simply make a product or perform a service that is not truly needed that much the workers he has hired will not be needed. Demand-side >Supply-side.

  • The nonsense about socialism being bad for people, ignores the socialism for the rich, military-industrial-war-pollution complex that consumes the largest portion of the budget. They worship Reagan, who cut the taxes for the rich, destroyed the middle class, and abolished the fairness doctrine in mass media (so they could get away with only telling their half of the story, like this movie.)

  • Shameless, fairy-tale propaganda by the demagogues who steal public wealth for private gain and then mislead us into blaming government. If you know your history, watching these distorted half-truths is painful, as one cries out to correct practically every statement made during this hour-and-a-half harangue, especially the repeated examples of the "pot calling the kettle black."

  • REAL HISTORY.

    Does not lie.

  • This documentary says Reagan lowered government spending??? How can people not know this to be not true. His strategy to take down the Soviets was to bankrupt them through his defense spending during the arms race. 7% of GDP was used to build a huge arsenal of nuclear weapons which the Soviets couldn't match.

Haven't the Bush tax cuts been extended? And why are political and economic analysts saying most Americans have seen lower taxes??

  • @LadyBurton - Yes, Reagan is who is behind our current, massive national debt, look at this chart based on US Treasury data. No wonder everyone in our nation hates Republicans.

  • Free-market capitalism doesn't work and trickle-down economics doesn't work. Dealwithit.jpg

  • Thanks for watching everyone! I enjoy seeing a good, (somewhat) healthy debate on here.

  • Meanwhile, taxes are the lowest they've been since 1950, but don't let a silly thing like 'Facts' get in the way of your right-wing agenda.

  • More right wing propaganda. We know that trickle down economics didn"t work, the Bush wars and tax cuts to the rich have added to the deficit, the banks and wall street are robbing the middle-class, now these are the facts. The question now becomes "How do we solve the problem?" simple mathematics, cut spending and raise revenues, then the problem becomes, "no body wants to take the hit"......Main street or Wall Street. Simply put....We all have to give a little, the President is correct.

  • @wreed2 Your a puppet.

  • @wreed2 Bullshit it doesn't work, it's common sense;

I have a business, I need workers, and so I hire some workers. I make money off the product they produce for me, I pay them for their hard work. They spend their money on other companies products, that company has enough money to hire more workers to make their product faster, their employees get money, they spend it on another product from another company, etc..

Really, it's not hard to understand. But then again, you're liberal.

  • This looks like the most biased documentary i have ever seen.

  • If you want to know what happens just watch Greece.

  • The Obama Debt to date is $3,700,000,000,000. !!!

    TAKE IT BACK 11-6-12 !!!

  • RON PAUL is not too old. He will and is running for office in 2012 and he is the only one pushing to get the FEDERAL RESERVE audited. This nations government is corrupt, on all sides, and out of control. Flush the system, get new blood in all offices and let's get Government UNDER CONTROL ... leash the BASTARD, NOW! This is not about one person, it's about ONE SYSTEM that is riddled with FLAWS!

  • @BobBarkerReplacement I will vote Ron Paul! I hope he won't let us down like Obama let others down.

  • Comment removed

  • Government is the PROBLEM!

  • Appleriver3 "If you want a little insight into whom Reagan was as a person and what he did to decimate and eviscerate America, take a look at the video clip "Capitalism - A Love Story” [Pt. 2/7] by Michael Moore. Reagan paved the way for Bush and Obama and supplied the foundation that enables them to operate today with virtual impunity. Does anyone use the "freedom of info act" anymore or go to the library? Seeing people glorifying Reagan, is like seeing cows giving accolades to the butcher"

  • But it's the Republicans who are the big spenders, not the Democrats. Look at this chart based on US Treasury data. No wonder everyone in our nation hates Republicans.

  • THUMBS UP IF YOU THINK THE DEMOCRATS AND THE REPUBLICANS ARE ALL WORTHLESS COCKSUCKERS.

    VOTE LIBERTARIAN

    VOTE RON PAUL 2012

  • @prussell66 - moron! - plus Ron Paul can't run since he's too old and from Texas. please think a bit before you post. thanks.

  • @tnoyy34rt First of all, he is running. He was involved in the first GOP debate last night. Second, being from Texas doesn't preclude a person from participating in our government. Nor does his age come into play. Also, I do think. I think for myself. That's why I'm a Libertarian.

  • Reagan tried not to raise taxes but the Democrat led Congress would not let him. He had to allow to raise taxes provided they will also cut spending . Democrats are liars. And of course some Republicans.

  • where the F%^^ is Ron Paul

  • What should America do first is to gave up all those US bases around the world. Just only leave the one in Saudi Arabia and one in Korea. US should not boast in leading an attack war alone against evil country. US should now promote UN peacekeeping force where the budget is distributed equal to the participating nation. America, no one would really attack you because it is very impractical now and every person are more wiser now than before. Stop pretending at war always.

  • Even cutting off ALL of the US military spending AND roads budget AND homeland security would still leave a deficie.

  • cheers, pre-ordered mine already

  • Amazing how the conservatives rally around Ronald Reagan, A president who:

    Raised taxes 11 times,

    Tripled the deficit,

    Sold weapons to Iran,

    Cut and ran from Beruit

and increased the size of government by 230,000 government workers.

I guess that's ok with them as long as you have an "R" next to your name.

  • @vonerotateca Wait a minute! I thought that Obama was going to change all that. If Reagan did all that and Obama said he was going to take the country in a different direction, then where is he different from Regan. By your estimate then, you should also hate Obama since he is no different than Reagan.

  • @jabronis33 Didn't raise taxes, didn't triple the deficit, didn't increase the size of the Government by 230,000 workers, so yeah, he did change all of that. so, unless you can be specific, I don't know what you're talking about

  • @vonerotateca He didnt raise taxes, but cut mortgage deductions, cut out write offs for charities, increased government by over 230,000 workers. If he didn't, then why has he added over 4 trillion to the debt. He said that those were all jobs.

  • @jabronis33 Wrong, the 4 trillion was caused by putting the cost of the war in Iraq on the budget. Bush kept the cost of the separate. and wen Obama took office, he put it on the federal budget. that's money that was already spent by Bush. And the keeps on going up because Bush never cut spending and cut revenues by giving tax cut to the rich. and the mortgage deductions cuts only affected the rich making $250,000 or more. It's the Bush tax cuts for the rich that's causing the debt to go up.

  • @vonerotateca LOL! You either work for Obama or you are perfect to work for him. So anyone that owns a house makes $250,000+. 4 trillion for Iraq and Afghanistan? Just since Obama has been in office? you just guessed at that because thats not the corect number. He spent a trillion dollars to pay back his cronies while not hiring one worker as you stated before. He said he created 3 million jobs, but you said it was not even 230,000, so on that point, I agree with you.

  • @jabronis33 LOL, I don't know where you get your info from, but my guess is Rush Limbaugh , Glenn Beck or Fox News. Bureau of Labor Statistics data show the federal workforce has grown by only 58,000 jobs since Obama took office (as of February 2011) and by just 25,000 jobs since his economic policies began to impact the economy. I do listen to them, but I "fact check" because I'm not a gullible troll,

  • @jabronis33 And yes it's true, people making 250,000+ loose a modest 3% of there total deduction, hey if they can't afford it, maybe they shouldn't live in a mansion or give up their private jet. I do not agree with everything Obama does, But If you cant make honest arguments, there's no point for me to argue with about the imaginary things going on inside your head.

  • @vonerotateca loose-*lose. there-*their. John Palguta of the Partnership for Public Service has cited OPM statistics showing that from October 2008 to March 2010, there were more than 201,000 new hires into full-time, permanent, non-seasonal federal jobs. And that doesn't include postal workers, temporary Census enumerators or uniformed military service members.

  • @jabronis33 Correct you are my friend!! 201,000 people were hired by the federal government Oct, 2008 - Mar, 2010. However, you forgot to subtract the 91,000 employees that left the government in FY2010 and another 82,000 in 2009 from that figure (people quit or retire). It's so easy to lie you ass off when you "Cherry Pick" information isn't it?LOL!!!

  • @vonerotateca I always wonder why some ppl would say "It's the Bush tax cuts for the rich that's causing the debt to go up." Maybe. In my rationals, it's the welfare programs make debt to go up. Why is "the rich making $250,000 +" only responsible for filling up the hole? Right now, I am "labeled" as a middle class, and if someday I get a position that pays $250,000+ because work hard for it, then I will be responsible for the nation's debt? It doesn't make any sense!

  • @BraveBamboo First of all, if you think that if we cut welfare out of the budget, It's going to miraculously balance the budget then you obviously don't understand the math. If you added up the cost of all welfare programs, not including "corporate welfare", it would account for less than 1% of the the federal budget Secondly, anyone making $250,000 a year isn't "working hard for it" unless you think laying out by the pool and waiting for the dividend check to arrive in the mail is hard work.

  • @vonerotateca Really! Interesting that u have such mentality. Why do ppl wanna be rich? For making a lot and work less, of course. For this goal, ppl do work hard to be in the positions unless the wealth is given through inheritance. If u read without prejudice, u would've detected I was talking about the process. I lived in NYC and witnessed ppl in welfare programs. u have to give me hard # (with the source) for each specific program (food stamp, child support, etc) to show u r not bluffing

  • @BraveBamboo Food stamp program 80 billion, Family assistance program 80 billion total 160 billion. source: US federal budget analyst. You could include unemployment insurance, Workers compensation, federal housing, and student grants, etc the total bill comes out to about 403 billion or 14% of the federal budget which is 4 trillion and a deficit of 1.8 trillion so you would still be 1.4 trillion short. BTW , ppl making 250k or more, will still be wealthy after a 3% tax hike. They can afford it

  • @vonerotateca wow, I didn't expect you would say something so reasonable. Right! increase 3% wouldn't hurt, but will need time to balance budget; however, if spending goes up, 3% wouldn't do much. They need to cut spending, contract gov't size, and (if necessary) short-term increase 3% tax on 250k+ to balance the budget. I thought it was more than 403 billion since 11 years ago, it was over 400 billion and the analyst said the cost would go up. Well, only they know the truth.

  • @vonerotateca "if you think that if we cut welfare out of the budget, It's going to miraculously balance the budget then you obviously don't understand the math." what is the time frame? don't u need time to balance it? U DON"T know the math cuz 1%.. got to be kidding me. BTW, I also think the large gov't, which has grown to "babysit" ppl, isn't efficient.

  • @vonerotateca woh woh you dont want to scare Republicans and tell them their hero has done wrong, and heave forbid you use facts. or tell them he is a major reason why we are where we are today.

  • @MrSupra7 I wouldn't worry too much about that. It's not their nature to let the facts prevent them from believing what they want to believe. LOL

  • @vonerotateca lol yea.

  • @vonerotateca When the economy grows and expands and creates jobs like he did it creates jobs everywhere including the government workers! BTW, THEY ALL SELL WEAPONS!

  • @vonerotateca maybe you should check your facts... reagan signed the biggest tax cut at the time and cut inflation, unemployment, and the deficit

  • @OARfanatic I did check my facts. They are correct. Where did you get the idea that Reagan cut the deficit? Reagan Tripled the national debt, more than any other president.

  • @vonerotateca - yes, it's the Republicans who are the big spenders, not the Democrats. Look at this chart based on US Treasury data. No wonder everyone in our nation hates Republicans.

  • i didn't know anybody dumb enough to be in the tea party could figure out how to use a camera let alone animation software

  • @ifingerboard1 I didn't know signing your freedoms away slowly to the government was smart. Fine vegetate all day on the couch because you don't want to work and want others to pay for your worthless life, while you do that im going to raise my kids, stay married and keep on doing a good job as a self reliant man. And one day when the money stops flowing I'll survive and you'll wither away as a lazy idiot with no sense of purpose or pride. Grow up and maybe you'll finally see the reality of this

  • How can anyone understand the complex American economic system and try to explain it in simple terms to all of us?

It is something out of control and the majority won't be able to understand it in a 2 hour movie.

  • And does this look at the wasteful spending on the military?

Cause we do need billions of dollars worth of bombs to murder more children.

  • This is pathetic. Reagan was an actor not a politician and we're in this mess because of him.

  • @hatedskates69 - Yes, Reagan is who started all this mess, look at this chart based on US Treasury data. No wonder everyone in our nation hates Republicans.

  • @tnoyy34rt Where's the data for Obama? It would be, literally, OFF THE CHARTS!

  • @ingcaster - exactly, Obama has spent very little, good point.

  • @tnoyy34rt also special thanks to William Jeffferson Clinton for doing absolutely nothing to catch Bin Laden. Perhaps the Afghan war could've been averted by capturing the mastermind back during Clinton's admin. Though Clinton said it best: It's the economy stupid so if Obama can't control certain prices from skyrocketed such as gas, then Obama may very well be a one term. Bush I kicked Saddam out of Kuwait however that military victory was short lived and same goes for Obama possibly.

  • @tnoyy34rt actually Reagan set Obama up to take credit for the Osama Bin Laden kill so Reagan didn't start much of anything except being party to training Osama Bin Laden only to have President Obama give the order to raid Pakistan. Don't you just like how the current Presdient can take credit for something like that and you should thank Bush for deploying our troops and laying most of the groundwork in Afghanistan. No more of this blame Bush/Reagan shit tnoy34rt. It is no longer working LOL!

  • @tnoyy34rt for what it is worth tnoy, if Obama wants to sweep the world and force change in Islamic countries, then he might as well go the distance however I certainly hope it is worth it at the expense of putting the country second. Might as well go for broke since we are already broke and change the world while we are at it. However my thoughts on the economy still stand and Obama has yet to prove jack shit on the domestic side. So think we can leave Afghanistan now :)

  • Reagan's 8 year rule was the best economic time of US modern history as far as I remember. He reduced taxes (almost got rid of them), almost got rid of welfare system where millions of lazy ass idiots live off. Never forget Reagan.

  • Can you say propaganda?

Reagan raised taxes, supported amnesty for illegals and crippled the country by putting in place, policies that have slowly chiseled away the middle class.

I say this- let's get the FDA, DOE ect out of any red state that doesn't want it- I'm sure when faced with the prospect of a billion dollars of R&D or just winging it, that drug companies will 'do the right thing'

Just let them have what they want-so they can die faster.

  • Now that a Democrat is back in office its time to do something about government spending.

  • Obama sucks but not because he's "a goddamn socialist" but because he is a corporate sell-out just like 99% of our politicians in both parties

  • @theaceofspades39 - Well, but Obama has been great so far don't forget. He has accomplished more in 25 months than any other incoming President, so you need to learn to check facts before you post here...

    -

Here are 134 accomplishments of Obama so far, about 36 more than Bush did in his entire 8 years...

    -

    the list is here:

Obama is shaping up to be one of our finest Presidents in the history of our Republic, so let's support him.

  • Funny how we don't see Bush anywhere in this trailer, and yet we drag out the deified Reagan, who never raised taxes or ran up a deficit. Obviously facts are not a concern in this production. And please do pre-order your copy because they want your money.

  • a special 'thanks' to the LibTards that put our country in a compromising situation to make us weaker. You have compromised our financial status by being at the center of the housing bubble (special thanks to Barney Frank, Clinton, etc), you have compromised our national security by not enforcing our immigration laws, you have projected weakness to the world to foreign counterparts, embraced radical islam, contributed to racebating and pitting the American people towards one another. Bastards

  • @churchmouse144 projected weakness to foreign countries? Why because we oppose the war in the east? President Obama's approval ratings in Europe are much higher than that hick Bush's were. American left = European moderate.

  • @Andy180084 Obama being popular with Europe is not necessarily a good thing. No disrespect intended to people of foreign countries, but Europe is not exactly the model that I feel we should be chasing. The USA president needs to be more focused on his own people's approval, and taking care of our situations here. Obama has not, and will not do that.

  • @RegencyFestival - But keep in mind people in Europe live a lot better than we do, so we need to model them so we can start to catch up. Yes, Obama has remained more popular than Reagan or Clinton, so we are on the right track. Why are you against Obama, he's the best thing to happen to America in over 50 years.

  • @churchmouse144 - But it's the Republicans who are the big spenders, not the Democrats. Look at this chart based on US Treasury data. No wonder everyone in our nation hates Republicans.

  • This movie = Full of Shit.

nothing more than lies. get a life if you like this movie.

  • And check out the "Inside Job" tralier !!

  • You need to watch "The Occult World of Commerce" by John Maxwell. "Presidents are selected not elected" -FDR

  • Wasn't Reagan involved the Iran Contra thing ?

  • typical republican clap trap

  • @littlerudi08043 Typical liberal response to something that they don't agree with...regardless of the facts and source material.

  • @RegencyFestival - But remember the left always uses facts, so your comment was incorrect. Learn to check facts before you post here. You are just upset that Obama is doing such a great job.

  • @RegencyFestival I hate Liberal Fanatics that ignore the cold hard facts of how fucked up the country is because of Obama.

  • @shaji20 we're fucked because of Bush not Obama. Obama hasn't been here long enough to blame this on him.

  • @shaji20 - But Obama put our country back on track in record time, so we need to be thankful he is our President.

  • @tnoyy34rt Would you kindly explain how quadrupling the deficit in his first year has put us back on track?

  • @RegencyFestival You mean like how Republicans see extremist muslims as threats yet fail to realize that extreme right wingers are responsible for twice as many terrorist attacks. Keep pretending that Fox News is a real credible source of information yet they've been proven wrong countless times and have been accused of fraud. Republicans are the one who refuse to recognize the truth! Unfortunatley Obama keeps pandering to you retards.

  • @littlerudi08043 - Yes, Fox News is our only enemy in America. It's run by a jewish australian, just trying to make a quick buck from our uneducated dixie south. Fox News is all about hate, playing into fear.

  • We the people of this United states need to stand up before the government pulls the rug out from under us....The left agenda is nothing more then a plague, a plague that is started in government schools and finshed by the voting public. stand up, get out of the middle of the road because we the people are coming thru.
