Steve is one of, and really the main musician to pioneer the two handed technique, partialy based on his exposure to Chappman. Yes there were other players who tapped with a digit, but Steve was the first person Im aware of that applied 8 digit tapping to the guitar. Jennifer Batten than learned from Steve, and she than helped to further develop it. Than a bit later Dave Celetano also focused on it and further developed it. The King, the Queen and the Prince of Double Hand tapping.
if this is steve L., he hasn't "changed with the times". he's following the same path as ed. i don't mean it in a bad way, it's just not that good. a band makes great music, not anyone player.
@theratfarmer Thanks for your thoughts...BTW...Steve is a full-time guitar instructor. He runs a music school in the Seattle area. He hasn't toured in 20 years. These YouTube videos are teaching videos...he doesn't need a band for that :)

This easily proves that technique and emotion can easily coexist. I hope you're doing well Steve.

THE....THE most under rated guitarist ever, most guitarists from the 80's stayed in 80's, but Steve has changed with the time, now thats a skill :)
