Every state in the US that has concealed carry laws for law abiding citizens has a lower crime rate than those that are restrictive. Too bad a CCW holder wasn't there to stop the killing at that school in Scotland. Legal gun ownership actually helps stop or prevent violent crime in the US.
Take a look at murder rates in US and then compare them to the UK. Yes shooting is a hobby for some, but if you are that desparate to shoot stuff in the uk then why not get a 22 rifle or a shotgun?

In states like Arizona, Virginia and Alaska, open handgun carry is legal as long as you can legally own a handgun. Background checks must meet the US NICS system for purchase and depending on the state, there may or may not be a waiting period.
So I really like the aesthetics of this gun. What is it called? I checked out some colt .45s but they all don't look quite and awesome as this one.
