I watch TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES! I heard a voice during a 1940 movie! I recognized it instantly. 1956 or about, (THE LIFE OF RILEY)-WILLIAM BENDIX. It was his next door neighbor! The last time I could have heard that voice would be about 1956 or 7. I remembered this song, the instant I heard it!
