hey i just found some old rooster tails layin around, theyre 1/8 oz, looks like a good panfish size, but, they rly light, i have light poles but still alittle lite, is it possible to use them under a bobber? and will other jigs work under a bobber?
someone told me that when they are biting in the spring that they swim in schools, so the told me if i catch one to tie it to a balloon and follow it around and it will lead you to the schools, anyone ever heard that before?
this is great and everything... but what can guys without a boat do? i'm stuck to fishing as much of the shore line as i can walk around, and its not too easy
I LOVE Crappie fishing.. Yep it's tough in the summer but it's not like they leave the lake. Try heading deeper a little at a time checking your depth(they are most likely suspending around cover. Try live bait in the hazy hot days and most of all HAVE FUN
