  • Thank i always wanted my 6 pack to show up because when i pull my skin down i can see my 6 pack so im going to keep doing this till i aventaully see my 6 pack without pull skin down i was my skin to be around 7.5. Thank you.

  • I love leg raises, though it doesn't burn any body fat. Only cardiovascular endurance training does that. This really will develop your abdominal muscles though, trust me. ^_^

  • what a clown...there is no such thing as in spot reduction in exercise...especially in abdominal exericies...what you are doing when exericising the abs is strengthing it or building the muscle up...when you do cardio thats when you lose body fat. unless you do ten thousand situp as a cardio affect.

  • It's true that this wont do much to burn fat, but toning the abs will mean your stomach sticks out less even if you do have some excess fat.

  • Good exercise. Have you ever tried to see how long you could hold the 7 inch position for time? I have seen a few very gutsy women who could do it for over 2 minutes! And one who did it for almost 4 minutes! Great test of endurance for the abs. And you need to keep your lower back from arching up while you do this.
