This is a really interesting video - I am losing weight at the moment and struggling with drinking my 2 litres a day - however, given myself a more realistic goal at the moment of 1 litre a day which is going well. I hope to transition into more raw, organic foods as they are so filling and satisfying. Bought a macrobiotics book too which I am yet to get stuck into! Best wishes, Queenie.
