Professor Layton is one of my favorite characters of all time, and to see him cry made waiting my entire life for such a magically tragic moment like this all worth it.

I finished this game at 12 at night on a school night, and I forced myself to stay up (and I would say it was well worth the exhaustion the next day) to finish it, and I had tears streaming down my face, trying not to wake up my family, it was so sad. I was also half crying half laughing at Luke at the end:

I thought, the ending of the second game made me cry hard.

I was wrong. Horribly wrong. I couldn't stop wheeping 1/2 of the credits. It's just so... Incredibly sad.... What a wonderful game. Who would have known that a puzzle game series could have so much emotions, heart and soul it? More than many modern games can.

No, "PL & the Last Time Travel" is the first translation fans made for the japanese game.

Of course, i don't think that be a bad translation but nintendo put another title to the 3rd saga: "Unwound Future".

And this soundtrack is called Time Travel...you need to play it to understand it, if you already play it, you can understand why the title. ;)

@VGmaster153 It really is an amazing series. The first one had me emotional simply because the way the game played and the way you were introduced and got to know these characters was wonderful. I had never seen that before in a game and didn't want it to end.

The second game was more just developing the characters, and had a sad cute story along with it that didn't really involve the main characters.

The third one, man, what an excellent way to end. Layton and Luke, easily some of the best.
