No, it doesnt feel like it'll break on you. Although it comes floppy when you first get it, open the velcro flap and insert a cardboard plate to stiffen it up. Afterwards it should feel a lot better.

The top piece is called an admin pouch and i believe that is a pouch for a flashlight, but i guesses you can also use it for a sidearm mag pouch.

admin pouches are for mission specific items like ROE and maps

It really depends on what your loadout is. Olive Drab works best because it can pretty much be used on any loadout.

Ah, I know which one you're talking about. I've heard from a guy that bought it over at AirsoftRetreat that the stitching on the woodland plate carrier is crap and would fall apart.

You're suppose to slip the straps into the webbing on the MBSS first then you slip the straps into the webbing in the back of the pouches, and do it again then buckle it. This way the pouches are more stable.

Those arent pistol mag pouches, they are for other acceries that is related to maps and stuff, like a glowstick, misc etc.
