After Dante destroys this Hellgate, you see The Saviour in the sky behind it, yet at the beginning when it shows a full shot of the hellgate, you see nothing. Weird.
dmc 4 made dante look like he was still young,dmc 1 and 2 where he is an adult,he acts all serious, dmc 4 hes even older and acts all playful...weird...
I always heard that the 2nd game was botched as canon. Anyways, I love it that Dante isn't all serious doing shit like FILLING YOUR SOUL WITH LIIIIIGGGHHHTTT!!!
This cutscene has the most questionable use of language in the entire game, which is what makes it so cool. Not as awesome as Gilgamesh or Pandora ones though.
Hell, the entire series...unless you count that one scene in DMC3 in which Jester refers to Temen-ni-gru as a 'shaft that causes women to tremble' (or something like that)
