I never listen to either metalcore (too not-Metal) or melodeath (too many soundalikes), unless you consider Trivium to be one of those, but Mutiny Within is really great!

@CockneyNutjob4 Scar Symmetry is a bit of stretch. NO ONE comes close to Christian Alvestam. He's a god when it comes to vocals. That said this, this is quite good. Its different at least.
@urmomisweak sorry but on the illusionist it sounds like he is saying "purple pee tree" on some parts. great clean vocals. but he is god on the revamp cd and im sure he will do fine on the new kamelot cd.
@biedrzycki14 Well he IS swedish, they can only do so much to try to 'clean it up'. (Listen to Nightwish in CD and live and you'll see what I mean.) That said, I think he has the most versatile and most incredible vocals in metal,maybe in music period. When it comes to the best of the best, he's it. On a side note though, I didn't know he was going to be on the new Kamelot cd, this makes me extremely happy :D Btw, Be sure to check out his new band Solution .45 if you haven't already. Its godly.
