This is a slightly off topic thing but I thought I would through this in. I have heard the question "Do I you believe in free will?". My answer is yes, but I seriously see no reason why this has to be removed from cause and affect.
Of course I can not prove it, but I think there is a good chance that everything that does exist, including God, spirits, angels matter anergy, the fabric of space is reducible to a small set of rules. So, this means that not even God violates these laws.

I didn't leave Christianity because life got hard. I've always been a fighter and I never let life get me down. I'm an extremely positive person. I left Christianity for all it's contradictions and contrivances. I refute Christianity precisely because I think it's false and because I believe it has done and continues to do grave harm to humanity. You can look throughout history to see the consistent damage religion has done. You can start with the middle east.
To me, that verse means that everyone is born with knowledge that there is something greater. I believe that is true - not with the way that you stated it. But, I think that everyone, whether they were taught about God or not, understands that they are one little life in a system bigger than themselves - a small, seemingly insignificant part of a greater, more important thing.

No, I haven't seen her other videos because her preaching is pretty boring and I have no interest in it. But I've seen this video enough times to know that she was deliberately being a jerk. The smug smile, the exaggerated tones like she's addressing a (dumb) child, the equating of atheists with satanists...I'm sure she enjoys the negative reactions because they make her feel persecuted. If you watch all 4 parts to this video you'll understand why "My Friend" why we Atheists try to prove to you theists that a monotheistic God doesn't exist. I haven't watched the TicToc video, but the problem with saying "try to refute this" is that the system/philosophy of decontructionism can refute anything. That's it's purpose. So to say to someone that they can't "really" refute an argument is to not understand deconstructionism. This vid came up under Dennington's latest one about the Trinity, so it caught my attention. She is brewing up all kinds of issues with any number of different people & unlike any devout conviction to call people to YESHUA, it seems mostly like marketing & a childish game. This is a slightly off topic thing but I thought I would through this in. I have heard the question "Do I you believe in free will?". My answer is yes, but I seriously see no reason why this has to be removed from cause and affect.
Of course I can not prove it, but I think there is a good chance that everything that does exist, including God, spirits, angels matter anergy, the fabric of space is reducible to a small set of rules. So, this means that not even God violates these laws.

To me, that verse means that everyone is born with knowledge that there is something greater. I believe that is true - not with the way that you stated it. But, I think that everyone, whether they were taught about God or not, understands that they are one little life in a system bigger than themselves - a small, seemingly insignificant part of a greater, more important thing.

No, I haven't seen her other videos because her preaching is pretty boring and I have no interest in it. But I've seen this video enough times to know that she was deliberately being a jerk. The smug smile, the exaggerated tones like she's addressing a (dumb) child, the equating of atheists with satanists...I'm sure she enjoys the negative reactions because they make her feel persecuted. In Israel right now the Palestinians and Israelis keep killing each other over there fairy tales. In Iraq, American solders are dying over there trying to stop the Sunnis and Shiites from killing each other because both sides think there version of Islam is the correct one.

I'm afraid you have it mixed up. Athiests like myself constantly debate religion with theists because we are horrified and perplexed that people could be so misled. Wouldn't you try to tell people the truth if most of the world still believed the earth was flat? The reason why atheists argue with Christians and not bigfoot-believers is that almost no one believes in bigfoot, whereas a third of the world is Christian.

The Borg thing is actually meant to be the "Holy City" where the streets are paved with gold and so-on, after the Armageddon. This opens wide the door to comedy gold for the stronger atheists and agnostics (I'm aware they're two RATHER distinct groups) on YouTube. Heh, I'm neither of those and I find the whole "You Will Be Assimilated" implication to be worth a chuckle, because it'd be -way- over the heads of the people who greenlighted the background.

I haven't watched the TicToc video, but the problem with saying "try to refute this" is that the system/philosophy of decontructionism can refute anything. That's it's purpose. So to say to someone that they can't "really" refute an argument is to not understand deconstructionism. However, to refute an thesis via deconstructionism does not necessarily destroy the truth of this subject.

Logic according to the Christian right, Given: wrath is a sin, and the wage of sin is death also given: god is wrathful towards sinners. Now if god is wrathful and wrath is a sin, doesn't this make god a sinner? And since the wage of sin is death does that mean god is dead or going to die?

Hi. Dude you seem to be really cool, and amazingly intelligent. I was thinking about something. People talk about adam and eve, and I just don't get it. How did they communicate? Did they just not at all? They could not communicate with god without a language, so he must have created it for them. If he or she or it did, then we have no free will at all, because the quality of our thoughts and ideas are only as good as our language. So god was corrupt, right?

And if I said irrationally that ur going to hell cuz I felt like it, that would be judging. But evidentially, u willingly hate God, -isn't that judgment on ur behalf? Ur confusing my admonishments with judgments. One is aligned with the rules, while the other comes straight out of opinion, -which is exactly what u are doing.
