What are some good books to help me to understand what types of food to eat at what time because i understand the healthy part but not what time to eat each food i would greatly appreciate it thanks.
FYI tuna can be dangerous if you eat too much of it...my step brother got sick with mercury poisoning. id say limit yourself 3 times a week on the tuna
I've stayed motivated, eat when I didn't want to eat, Told myself to "get your ass up" when I didn't wanna go to the gym. Went from 160 to currently 200 and pretty lean. All about staying motivated, you have to pay your dues and do some things you don't enjoy (like eating when your not hungry) to get to where you want to go...it all pays off in the end, trust me
i work out bout 6times a week...work on cardio 2days a week for about 1hr each session and do a chest work out and a all body work out on the other two..
even though am bout 11sts and 22 yrs old want to bulk up and have bout 15% body fat...
do u think am goin along the right lines 2 bulk up n b more leaner?.
this was very motivating, and not just for bodybuilding
