No, Chicago was Ana Gasteyer & Kate Reinders, follwed by Kristy Cates & Stacie Morgan Lewis, then Dee Roscioli & Erin Mackey. Shoshana was always in the NY production (except for a brief stint on tour in Toronto & the Pacific Northwest with Megan), she was Nessa and the Elphaba u/s along with Eden who was Elphaba s/b at the time. During Sho's time as Elphaba, she also worked with two different Glinda's: Jennifer Laura Thompson & then Megan Hilty. All on Broadway, never in Chicago.

Everyone needs to remember that this was the core of Glinda; Chenoweth kick-started the role. All the other Glindas have to really pump in some different takes on the song so that they can be remembered as the hyper Glinda or the spacey Glinda. So don't be judging Kristin for her "lack of originality," because this IS the original! Gah! :]

Just to warn you, it's not a movie. It's a Broadway musical. These two aren't part of the cast anymore either. Heck, I don't know if they're even still performing the musical at all now! Idina and Kristin were back in 2003.

There is a book though. you should try reading it, it's what the musical was based off of.

I'm pretty positive she's not lip synching. As the person before said, they added speaking parts in so they would've had to keep pausing the soundtrack, and when she does the pink goes with green part there's music in the background, which isn't on the soundtrack so they would've had to have 2 different sets of speakers, one for the soundtrack and one for the part that was added in.

2. Kristin has a diffrent inflection and sound than the CD

3. They wouldve had to stop the CD to put in the parts from the musical of "Ballgown" her "O Forget it" and "Pink Goes Good With Green" so it couldnt be the CD =)
