Some individual may cause the killing. The only way to solve the issue is to communicate with Chinese government. That is what Olympic tries to promote.

reminder you that Vietnam looks like a one of colonies(tributary) in past history, like korea. They have their own government and nominated by themselves. But Tibet, all the sprititual and civiv leader were nominated by the central government(emperor). Such like Dalai Lama, Penchan Lama the two spiritual leaders of Tibet,there more than one nominators in the beginning,but the central government decide who is the last one.

He does and he doesn't.. he has taken upon him the responsability of political and religious leadership over the tibetan people, and so he does what he can to better the situation for them in a way he sees best...

But he is not a leader in the sense that what he thinks is by definition what all tibetans should think..
