That's from the episode, "The Only Way to Die". Max fakes his death to try and catch The Blaster. Even 99 doesn't know that Max isn't dead, and that scene is where 99 finds out that he's still alive.

Remakes are excellent, at least the Get Smart movie was. But the old show will ALWAYS be better compared to the remakes, because the old show still has so much inspiration.
