Customer Service tends to cuss alot. I work for Virgin Mobile. We give alot of Bonus Credit out so i hope they did give it to you.
Stress occurs alot with agents because they get in-bound calls that give the employee problems or headaches but its really intended for the company. but all the anger comes out to the agent.

I wasn't sure either Barbara and it seems obvious he didn't realise his mic was still open. I think Miss Jeana seemed to pick up on it better than I did, still we'll probably never know for sure because Virgin have not returned my phone calls.
