  • Awesome bike BMW Motorrad.

  • Song is BEYOND-PARANOIA

  • SUPER COOL :D

  • ¡Bellísima!

  • This is a fucking bike

  • unit of torque isn't ft/lbs

it is either lb*ft or N*m

    erf. :|

  • Я Такой же хочу!

  • BMW should stick to the sport touring market with their overpriced, heavy bikes.

I'm not impressed with the latest K1200R and its 531 lbs curb weight, 163 HP, 42 mpg and 15k plus price tag. It's clearly outmatched by the Japanese market.

  • @notanythingful much as the Japanese market is easily outmatched by the S1000rr...

  • 1:16 thats pretty shitty

  • The K1300R is an upgraded model of K1200R with higher engine power and torque. That bike is really fantastic. I am going to buy one on Mon, next week. Wish me luck!

  • @RashidKhafan Did you ever buy one? Have videos?

  • @viggoM35 Yess...of course I bought it!

I have it in the garage now but it's too cold to take it out.

It's a good idea anyway to take a video of that and put it in youtube :)

    coming soon then!

  • @viggoM35

Now I have a video of my fantastic BMW K1300R in my channel.

  • Ouch! I'm in love! I don't even ride a motorbike & want to learn to get me one of those!

  • whats the name of the song that starts out?

  • hottest clip on youtube - hottest bike I know!

  • this looks like far to much fun for ze germans!

  • There is just nothing purposeful, elegant or any "unified whole" to bikes that are styled like this. I seem to see it a lot in some of the newer bmw's. Is this the new definition of beautiful? To me it just looks cluttered and busy, for the sake of being busy. Some bikes I think look nice? An old rc 30, a 916, moto guzzi breva 750, the original yamaha fzr's, britten v 1000, early generation vfr 750's. Does anyone else think this bike looks ugly? Am I just getting old? I'm only in my thirties.

  • If Piccaso ever designed a motor bike ....this would be it !!! BMW ..what were u thinkin...this has got to be the ugliest bike i have ever seen .Come on ..u can do better than THIS !!!

  • theses and the new s1000rr are awsome bt all the other BMWs are for boring old cunts! those gs1200s ride around thinkin they have bin round the world twice, they propably do 1000mile a year lol

  • B-King will eat this bike.

  • I have an 05 sitting in my garage with a blown motor. Cam rod connector came lose and blew a hole on number 4. Mine is not the first and BMW won't help me at all. I was just riding on interstate and boom! My 4th BMW and my last. Bought a B-King. Think twice before you buy a BMW.

  • This bike is for sale!

I have this bike for sale, has 680 miles, was never sold, BMW Motorrad is on the title, sells with full 3 year BMW warranty. USA.

And yes, is this exact bike (2007 model K1200R Naked Superbike, built by BMW 2006)

  • Are you in California? I think I inquired about it.

  • may i ask why u want to sell the bike?

  • I also had an Ossa 250 Stilletto MX, which I bought for $20. I had the engine rebuilt for $400. It had 13:1 compression. It could break your ankle if you kicked it wrong. The Spanish bikes, like the Montesa, are the best for tight trails. I also had a Honda "CB 450 SC" which was OK. My friend had a Honda "CB 750 F." One time he saw a coyote down the street. If that bike hadn't had grab bars on the back, I would have been left behind in the street. The Triumph 500 twin was also good.

  • Remember, the longer the wheelbase, the slower to go in tight turns. For instance, the Kawasaki H2, the 500 cc 2 stroke, was a drag bike. I pushed it through a tight turn and crashed it. Metzeler tires are the best. Continentals and Michelins are good, but expensive and don't last. Continentals are particularly dangerous because the tread separates from the inner casing. At 127 MPH, the fairing caused an almost fatal wobble (on the R75/6). Pull clutch at 60 in 2nd to do wheelies.

  • @asjwm2 thx for the info man it really helped ;)

  • I had a R75/6. Oh man, I had this fat guy on the back and was screaming down the Angeles Crest highway. I went through a turn and could feel the frame flexing. Scary !!! Here's what I do. Go slow and get out of first gear at low revs. Get out of 2nd at slightly higher revs. When you hit third, you can rev pretty high, and after that, you can pretty much rev as high as you want. Also, go real slow on crowned roads (the ones with high centers). The longer the wheelbase, slow in corners

  • BMW & Triumph are the best, so forget fuckin' rest :))))

  • 2.6sec is the S not the R I think.

  • 0-60 Mph 2.6 sec i know for a fact that thats wrong, the vmax is faster, but still very nice bike.

  • Aww shit I just made a mess in my pants... DAMN YOU AND YOUR FANTASTIC ENGINEERING BMW! DAMN YOU!

  • hahahaha same here!!

  • whats the price???? pls tell me!!!

  • I WANT IT!!

  • Because is not in moto gp....

1000rr is in superbikes..and bmw like triumph doesn't cares so much as honda for titles!

  • why this bike(bmw) never win in moto gp?

  • 0-60mhp in 2,6 what? is that possible?

  • I have a K1200S, redline in second gear takes you to 95mph. The S has 5 more hp too. See video response.

  • i test rode this bike in VA, and can vouch for its power. not quite as torquey as a triumph but the top end is incredible. flick of the wrist in 6th gear brings you to 100+ without blinking. aside from the obvious, it rides quite comfortably (i own a cruiser)

  • speed electronically limited to 155 mph. Governor is easy to reprogram, and in top gear at redline 194 is possible in the flat.

  • o no, they extended the germans gentleman agreement to their bikes?! o dear, o very dear, lets hope they didn't do this with the new s1000rr :D

  • Comment removed

  • Top speed of that bike is over 300 km/h, depends on the petrol. BMW bikes are a class of its own, of course more expensive than "normal" bikes, but you can feel it. Take a ride, you'll never fly with another one again, promise! Have fun, Andrew

  • i ve a question, because i do not know about bikes? bmw is the most reliable bike, right? and i ve heard that italian bikes look nice but are not as reliable as japenese is this correct?

  • Well, BMW bikes are reliable of course! In general, italian bikes are not so well, don't no why, but it is all the same with most of the products from Italy. The japanese have a long history of bike construction, and so they are in first position in the world. But ... BMW motorcicles are really special, try it out!

  • This has to be one of the best commercial ever.

  • FJ1200? my Honda SS50 would blow that away!!!

  • bull shxx utterfanny...the k1200s is very fast.

  • Yeah it will blow it for sure, and may be swallow too.

  • it sounds like my K75!! Only makes... twice as much horsepower... stupid modern technology.

  • I FELL IN LOVE

  • what is the top speed?(km/h)?

  • 280 km/h (original setup)

  • thanks a lot

  • The perfect bike for me :-/

  • This shit is hot

  • Me thinks it's time for BMW to throw a little bling into some adds.

Kinda starting to feel sorry for that fella in the backseat with those illegals.

We should start a relief effort to safe him...ooops, skip that. He isn't an angry black woman from a liberal inner city.

  • I have an '86 FJ1200 and I know well a certain road located in SOCAL; only just this morning got my ass handed to me by an '06 and and '08 - beatuiful bikes and very potent! I got to get me one of these!

  • esta es la moto de mi padre, k pasada la mia es mejor claro, jajaja k va esta es una... no se puede descreibir

  • This is a sick ass commercial...

  • wow i want one this would make a hell of a commercial

  • the stunt drivers real good

  • Bmw rulez

  • hehe.....they shure know how to make a good comercial

  • I own a 2006 model in Sun Yellow, its totally superb!!!!!!

  • here the T-SHIRT k1200Respect on antidogmastore dot com

  • that bike with a Suzuki Hayabusa engine swap

  • Just ordered an 06 K1200R yesterday from New York. Can't wait till it arrives. Just listen to the sound of that BMW engine!

  • Love the part where it says "Smokes Everything even your expectations" lol So true!

  • hell i'm BMW MOA and I don't believe that because my Hayabusa is the fastest thing on the road i know i'v raced aginst K1200R's kawasaki ZX14's and ducatti 1098 they ant as fast as they say they are

  • hyabusa's are still the fastest road bike and lot of jap bikes prol could beat this bike because a) They have fairings b) they're chain driven (much lighter) where as this bike is shaft drive which means much smoother ride 8) and more comfortable while still going fast enough and looking good

  • sexy bitch

  • Great BIKE!

  • Sexy bike, or the Sexiest bike?

  • sexiest in a lusciously techie way

  • Recently bought me 2nd hand R1150 rockster. But I already this one is going to be my next!

  • awesome

  • who knows the musics name on the back ground?!

  • omg i love this!!! im not even a motorcycle person. i have no intrest in them, but i completely love this!!! (probably because its BMW, but still...)

  • holy shit, i've been saving up for a busa but i think i've just changed my mind.

  • Is that Robocop's bike ?

  • In 1971 I bought the world's most awesome superbike, the BMW R75/5, so powerful it could do 0-60 in 5.7 seconds. Nothing has inspired me more since then than this new BMW. I have tried to like the FZ1, the Hayabusa and others, but this BMW, the 1200R has me setting a separate account. And better yet, the R75/5 is still going strong.
