I guess its not that we can't find the gay black transmen if we try. I sometimes wonder if some of it is that really CRAPPY response we get from people - "Couldnt you just stay the way you were and date men?" *sigh* Or if society has really done the black man in - making him feel less-than for being gay. PERSONALLY...it took me quite a while to get over it...sad to say. But thank G-d I'm alright with it now.. because now I'm happy!
@blackYUGMinds My transitioning to male has nothing to do with who I choose to date. The gender of the person I choose to date does not define or describe my own being, just the orientation of my affection. If I had been okay with continuing to experience the world and have the world experience me as female, then I would not have transitioned. This however, was NOT my reality. Does that help you at all?

Dude you look great. Good to see you. It was so great watching your videos. I have now started T. I got lots of questions for you. Did you still feel female in the first few months? If so how long did that feeling last? I guess that's where the dysphoria comes into play.

Not that I felt particularly female in the first few months after starting T..but I do recall not feeling very different. And YES, this is where the dysphoria comes into play. Just try to relax and concentrate on where youre going. Take joy in the LITTLE changes..you should check out my written blog..MUCH more detailed than I care to vocalize ;).
