  • What the freak? That's a USER ERROR! That's not Toyota's fault!!

  • Oh please. OK, lets all go out and buy GM or Ford products, there cars are made to high US standards, they are just sooo reliable, they never break down and never have any recalls or safety related problems......LOL

  • Look up auto-recalls.justia.com.

  • its an automatic. put it in neutral. use the brake. stupid cunts.

  • OH YEAH. the video where the family gets killed , they were in a lexus, not a toyota

  • @adrbro13 the only toyotas recalled were the ones made in America which used cts pedals. the ones made in japans used denso pedal which were not recalled. I find it funny how people blame toyota when its really Americas manufacturers fault for using cheap ass pedals. i also find funny how Chevrolet, pontiac, gmc and doge have toyota beat in recall problems. Chevrolet had almost 5X the recalls toyota did with gmc coming 2nd. make all your jokes but Toyota have some of the best cars. FACT

  • Toyota. Where Brakes are optional.

  • Comment removed

  • @CrashJSTest i agree. im a 28 yr old GM technician at a local dealership. i drive a 2007 toyota corolla... best vehicle ive ever owned. havent had a single problem with it, other than normmal wear items (tires brakes, etc) i brag up the brand all the time at work, even to the field reps from GM.... GM products are terribly crappy. id take a lexus over a cadillac ANYDAY. the media crucified toyota, yet GM has a new recall EVERY week, i know bc i work there.

  • step one: put in neutral

    step 2: brake

  • @23spartanguy Dude the accelerator was stuck lol, use the E-brake maybe

  • @talldude123 a car will always go into neutral, ALWAYS. after that, turn it off and use the e brake to stop. plan and simple. people just panic and dont think...

  • I never remember German cars doing this in history......

    im sorry..

    German Engineering > Japan quality

  • @Howie262

Audi had a similar recall in the 80's

  • The US argues that protectionism save jobs for americans when infact foreign companies like Toyota PROVIDE thousands of jobs to americans. Protectionism is a false ideology and one that endangers the concept of free trade and commercial liberty.

  • OK, if this ever happens to you, don't panic. use common sense. SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL, even if the engine revs at max RPM's, that's better than dying trust me.

  • It's gonna be a long time until they can make vehicles idiot proof...

  • why not take out the mat.

  • I was just wondering why it only happened in the TOYOTA US facility where some of the parts are also Manufactured in local US companies. After Toyota, NISSAN had a problem. NOW. Honda has a problem. What's next? Hyundai? Because they are doing well internationally?? Mazda won't have a problem Ford owns them. Does this have something to do with US car industries' plummeting sales? I don't think this is co-Incidence. Let’s find out in the coming years.

  • I WAS ALMOST KILLED IN MY TOYOTA '06 4 RUNNER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITH MY TWO YEAR OLD IN THE BACK! NEVER EVER EVER WILL I BUY ANOTHER TOYOTA!! THIS WAS BEFORE ALL THIS CRAP WAS IN THE MEDIA...THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FLOOR MATS!! TO BAD MY ATTORNEYS PROVED OTHERWISE. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED FROM AROUND THE GLOBE FROM LAWYERS THAT HAVE CASES AGAINST TOYOTA. THIS IS A REAL PROBLEM....WAIT UNTIL THESE CARS GET HIGER MILES AND ARE KILLING NOT ONLY THE PEOPLE DRIVING THEM BUT ALSO THE INNOCENT!

  • @888shelly888 Your full of shit and a typical poor driver that probably should never of had a drivers license to begin with. Just another bum looking for a handout. NASA did the full investigation and guess what, not 1 case of all this crap was proven to be true. I find it so pathetic how gullible the american public is and believes whatever they hear on the news. An intoxicated monkey on heroin can get a drivers license where i live, he also crys when he crashes the car.

  • I WAS ALMOST KILLED IN MY TOYOTA '06 4 RUNNER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITH MY TWO YEAR OLD IN THE BACK! NEVER EVER EVER WILL I BUY ANOTHER TOYOTA!! • some people just want to make toyota down so, GM can stand on their feet and US economy keep moving forward.....

  • yeah and it turned out yesterday that all this was a complete farce, a part of the American government propaganda to make sure GM had time to recover.

Talk about a fair market, or a democracy LOL

There was nothing wrong with toyota. the American government should pay for compensation.

  • It's probably not the floor mat.

  • If you have been a victim of uncontrollable speeding, because you didnt know your floor mat cause ur GAS PEDAL to stick and u dont know the Word NUTRAL which means that the car is not in gear...which means dispite of acceleration u would go No fucking where.... then guess what ...ur not a driver, AND U LACK COMMON SENSE. alot of it.

Toyota just confirmed that the fault is not at them.....Its the stupid asses that dont know how to control and drive a vehical...go to Cnn.com and read up...

  • Toyota lose it reliability ever since it became a domestic car company. Stick to Acura or Honda, as reliable as Toyota once was, but no recalls! go figure!

  • Toyota/Lexus suck anyone who buys them know nothing about cars and their stupid.

it amazes me that a company who cant make floors mats/pedals is still in business. Guess what it is next year and JUST NOW on the NEWS LIVE there was another Toyota/Lexus recall. This company should be banned from making cars. Dont support a crooked company.

  • @getnhigh247 The only thing crooked is your back. There is nothing wrong with the goddamn floormats just the inbred folks in the united states that stack several aftermarket mats on top of one another then crash when the pedal gets stuck.

  • @honda12345678 lol!

  • Toyjoka

  • 0:00

  • EVERYONE THUMB DOWN THIS VIDEO - for the long useless ad. Thanks, help clean up youtube, thumb them all down.

  • Take the floor mat out..?

  • ok, not watching this video cause of add ... which wont even start and lags it all.

  • watch?v=S7fLgxNCkaQ&feature=related

  • The adds are so fucking annoying, gives me more reason not to buy their fucking products!

  • how would someone be able to call 911 after the brake pedal was stuck , and not just reach down and "unstuck" it?? i mean really....

  • Wahoo! EIGHT MILLION CARS RECALLED as of last week...and counting! And GM re-claimed the lead yesterday... still driving a Ford, and certainly won't brag, but no way I'd sink my hard earned cash into a Toy for the next five years....

  • im sorry

    but toyota makes great cars

every car company have some sort of recall

  • aahhhh, dats the reason why my toyota has got no floormatt.

  • '

america make toyota vehicle is more recall,,,

japan make toyota vehicle is less recall,,,

    is that right

  • glad i have my BMW! lol

  • that 911 call was sad, but how stupid can u be not to kill the ignition or just throw it in neutral. While in high school i work at wal mart and had a car with aftermarket pedal stick on me. It took me less than a second to respond by shutting off the engine. I sorry to be so mean, but you dont have to be too smart.

  • @phatrides222000 I can't figure this out either, one of the family members was also a police officer, who'd I hope have had a level enough head to say, "put it into neutral". Panic sets in for most people when they are out of their comfort zone, I mean - you ever run a stop sign by accident, when you realize it the hairs on your neck stick up? Same thing.. time 1000, sometimes logic will escape you.

  • @prozacgod yea its just aggravating because all these Toyota haters are loving this up while there cars are doing the same. it just doesn't get blown up the same because obama doesn't want to bail them out.

  • @phatrides222000 i agree 100% too many people panic which honestly they shouldnt be driving if so

  • u can shut the engine off and use hand brake ....u need to think and don`t panic

  • It's a good thing this didn't totally ruin they're reputation Toyota makes good cars at reasonable prices, much better than any american company. In fact for the average car consumer it's probably one of the best companys to buy from.

  • I maybe part Japanese, but i'll stick with Ford.

  • "Pray, pray" *They all die* So fucking funny.

  • FORD ftw

  • Toyota Moving Forward (EVEN WHEN YOU DON"T WANT IT TO)

  • @Kyle1996ish hahaha ! Want to buy my Camry ? Please ?

  • @ausbegosh hey, haha.

thank you very much. Sadly, i think i have had enough of Toyotas. I have switched my 1 sienna, and 1 lexus, for volvos.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

You should check out Volvo, what sold me was the 5 free years of maintenance. Not a bad deal.

    Cheers,

    Kyle1996ish

  • @ausbegosh Or his pores maybe?

  • @Kyle1996ish Toyota moving forward because Ford stalled on the highway

  • Why do we hear so much about Toyota when Honda has a more serious problem with their airbag. A defective airbag that has been linked to one death and 11 injuries in the United States over the past few years is still haunting Honda as the company today announced that it is adding 437,763 cars to its existing global safety recall over the airbag inflation problem

  • @CAREXPERT69 One death? Toyota has had more than 60 deaths.

  • Shouldn't the government regulating agencies (state, provincial, federal ) be the ones facing a lawsuit for giving defective merchandise its safety approval? Not to mention the insurance companies. By the way, if the banks own the vehicles, houses etc., Why do we pay to insure their stuff?

  • Brake wins....

    XD

  • fuck this recall all of this got GM written all over it to make Toyota look bad so GM's sales get better

  • @Trainfoamer101 You are a complete moron. Toyota knew about the issue but kept it a secret. Now tell me how the fuck it has GM written on it?

  • @CS1503 no your the blind idiot some people made investigation and their is no defective part none! all those accident where cause by the driver themself and not the car the pedal might be electronic but there are no solid proof that the pedal was a cause of the accident why BECAUSE IT WAS THE DRIVERS FAULT if you dont beleive me check out carquestions video he did the investigation and is putting a reward of 2500$ cnd for proof that a part is defective and actually made an accident

  • @Trainfoamer101

It's GM's fault? How the fuck is it GM's fault that's like saying America attacked itself on 9/11! It's not GM's fault that Toyota can't make car with standard safety ratings!

  • @Mage13246 dude you replay to a 3 week old comment, get a life

  • I own a 2005 prius . there is nothing wrong with it. and I know how to drive my car and what to do the gas pedal gets stuck. and know you should too. the guy driving that Lexus was an idiot and he basically killed everyone in his car because of that.

  • this recall is bull shit. if any the gas pedal on any car gets stuck you just slp the transmition into neutral and stop the car as you normal . you will still have braking and steering. if the engine revs up in neutral it either dies, overheats and an electronic limiter kicks in to save the motor. either way. better the engine be damaged than too die because your too stupid to put the car in neutral .

  • Q. We need to make more profits now,,,what do we do??

    A. Buy or build a few buildings in our biggest market area to reduce costs.

(we can charge more if they see their overpriced toyota with lexus emblems were built in their own country)

  • Toyota would have never had a problem if they were not so obsessed with profits. Their thought process might have went like this. (Lets put nicer emblems on some of our vehicles, change the name and we`ll make TONS of profits.) Even if I`m incorrect, if you want a luxury vehicle then buy one that was BUILT for luxury and has a lineage of class and luxury. IMHO Lexus`s are for TRASH that want to LOOK luxurious

Profits > Safety Of Consumers and Customers.

  • I have driven many branded cars. And most cars have their own problems. Not only Toyota!

But why mostly toyota cars that have been recalled?? I smell a rat here. Unable to compete in the open market and now try to give negative remarks on toyota? losers

  • P.S. lots of accidents! fire accidents, car accidents, slipping on ice accidents, etc. and as much as there are accidents, there are law suits. A country where suing is common. take responsibility stop pointing fingers money hungry, racist fools.

  • by the way, because people do not know how to take care of their cars toyota are putting this breaking system. Whether you stepped on the gas pedal too hard or new to a car always take precautions. One more thing I know you white folks like to point fingers and blame others, but seriously take responsibility. stop talking about how toyota messed up and got less than 100 people killed and try to fix a more bigger problem, toyota don't cause people to drink and drive people do.

  • @98operate i agree

  • I believe that it is a conspiracy sponsored by GM because its now owned by the government and they can do anything they want. And Toyota is the best selling car in US and that is not good for the GM market and instead of building better cars they put a lot of money into this recall and the lawsuit.

  • Fuck Toyota,Ford,GM,BMW, and much more... i'll stick with my bikecycle lol go green

  • @tigerluv3000 nono mate!

BMW is the ultimate driving machine.

    Fk toyota.

  • @tigerluv3000 I truly appreciate the sentiment of cutting emissions, but I hate the whole "green" slogan. Anyone who claims to be "going green" or is trying to convince others to "go green", be green", or saying anything where the words "environmentally friendly" have been replaced with the term "green", should go screw themselves.

  • @tigerluv3000 I'll Agree With All Of Those Except BMW It Is On Of My Fav Cars And I Have One >:(

  • oh shut up jeffreysunshine1 use ur brain turn it to neutral

  • americans just need to build better quality cars, why hate on another car company that excels. the americans are making such a big deal out of this, this can happen to any car company. it's because toyota is a foreign car and americans hate that they are better than the american cars. why get jealous and destroy another company's reputation?

  • The gas pedal can get stuck in the floor carpets for many cars not only Toyotas, the pedal is designed to work with all the floor mats pinned in its place , people sometimes remove the carpets and forget to pin them back in, the gas pedal got stuck on me once because I didn't pin the carpet back after I got it cleaned but since I have a manual gearbox I just hit the clutch and break. If I was like that driver would have called 911 an wait to die. Be smart you are also responsible for your lives.

  • If you want to have a *safer* car, drive porsche 911

because you never forget which number to call in accidents.

  • GO HYUNDAI

  • Y are people so STUPID?? The solution is so simple a 5 year old can figure it out

  • Lots of arguing going back and forth. The bottom line is that Toyota created cars that are unsafe for the road and they put us all in danger. It has nothing to do with anyone's driving skills! -- TOYOTA SUCKS!!!

  • How come the cab companies are either driving Corollas or Crown Vic's? One sticky floor mat and everyone goes nuts. CLIP IT!!

  • Hopefully, Toyota goes out of business!

  • @JeffreySunshine1

In the world? I don't think so. They have over 10% market share in China alone, that's more than GM does in China.

  • Hopefully Toyota will learn from this recall. -- Building cheap cars is not an option! -- TOYOTA = POOP!

  • toyota recalls huh well they says alot

  • Dont you think this is a sabotage? Don't you think that this is their Strategy for their own car manufacturer to regain its profits? Ford is not in good standing in the past few years since Toyota made its cars safer and economical. Well ofcourse the design of toyota is outstanding. Iwas just wonderign why it only happend mostly from toyota cars manufactured in US.

  • Ford stock has gone up over 200% -- and their climb happened before any of this occured

  • Actually, Ford has gone from $1.01 to over $13.50 in about 15 months.. I believe this is partially b/c they said NO to Obama's loan offers. They also build better cars than the other two clowns

  • they plan to install a safety cutoff system by next year? something that most car manufacturers offer already on their drive by wire system. epic fail toyota. shame on you for trying to hide these problems.

  • The Toyota Is a Killer Car!!!

  • I know a solution to this problem, don't buy a Toyota.

  • @jaimeg123prmt

i know someone that doesn't appreciate the kind of cars that Toyota had made in the past that were great .

  • TOYOTA = POOP!

  • fuck your crappy commercials CBS, trying to brain wash all of us!!! quit the bullshit and give me some video, if i wanted commercials i would turn on my stupid tv!

  • cry some more. 3 mins of commercial on tv vs 30 sec here

  • @toyomore LOL...NOw that it totally true! lol

  • why didnt they throw the car into neutral...

  • the advertisement can go fuck itself.

    this is not youtube anymore.

  • So true. I have to wait through a crappy commercial, just to find out this video is crap and out dated.

  • @MRkallek91 you can have the original youtube again by downloading adblock plus, it blocks all ads on youtube, no commercials, no pop ups etc.

  • the media is controlled by the government and it's they "american" way is saving the car industry. why don't americans just build better quality cars instead of ruining another company's reputation? american's are just jealous. typical. such a beautiful land with too much ugly people.

  • Comment removed

  • thank you for proving that retards exist.

  • I live and was born in Michigan, home of the Big Three car manufactures GM, Ford, Chrysler. I know and have driven/owned American cars and I know for a fact that they are far inferior to the Toyotas and Hondas. Yes, some Japanese cars are boring...yes, their parts are expensive...But when you are talking reliability, they are number #1 hands down. All of the talk of recall is all American propaganda aimed to save their car industry. Don't believe the hype!

  • @AMKfoo Well I own two toyotas. Have had nothing but problems with both of them. Just got done dumping another 2 grand on my 03 corolla this week. I drank the toyota koolaid. Never again. Im going to replace my corolla with a Ford Focus. I have had to rent them a lot lately while my POS toyota has been in the shop. Very impressive little car. The Hype i don't believe is toyota's hype!

  • these recall vids suck, toyota is stil cool screw ya haters

  • turning ingnition key is really hard, it really is. Turning off ingnition key doesn't turn off engine and cuts the power or anything. (saracasm off) It really makes me wonder how MEN can drive a car and have 0 clue how to stop it when shit like this occurs having all this time available to even have conversations on phone 911.

  • @zomg222

lol so true!!! check out davids farm vlog look at his vid on this gas peatle thing

  • These slanted eyed bastards will kill you for a profit. Whera are all the leftist media liberal tha for so many years attacked American automakers to the point of bankruptcy. Buy American, these are your brethren.

  • @thincow12 funny you say that. look up at your history and think about what you just said. think long and hard about that, you probably won't because you are incapable of doing so. white folks and their trash talk. four people die and the world comes to a halt, bet you don't ever look into what you buy, read the manual, or even take precautions. Save lots of lives.

  • fuk toyota

  • Apparently you CANNOT shift out of gear when the car is accelerating, and obviously you cant brake at the same time.

  • A condition occurs in automatic transmissions under heavy acceleration that prevents shifting. I have had it happen, not on a toyota though. It can happen to all automatic transmissions but audi's infinite ratio transmission cause it uses magnetism instead of fluid. The pump that drives the fluid, under high pressure, can hold the car in gear . Turn the key off at 90mph? Toyota's power steering system has severe resistance without engine power. Pretty much hope that god loves, if u got 1.

  • thats why if your peddle gets stuck an your brakes don't work put your gear into nutral an pull the e- brake. Or in a real bad problem put it into reverse pull your

    e-brake. Pop into nutral.

  • or jumo the fuck out the car lol

  • LOL

  • Yeah, pull you're e-brake at high speed, see how that works out. Putting the car into neutral is a good idea, however. At least the engine will just rev itself out while you coast to a stop (with moderate e-brake use). Putting the car into reverse at high speed won't do anything - the electronics prevent such a mistake from being made.

  • So let me get this strait... We have a driver that is driving a car that is out of control. This driver had the time and the focus to figure out how to call 911 on a cell phone while driving an out of control car. He not only could do that but he was able to talk on the phone while driving an out of control car... Am I the only one that sees a problem with this? Personally I feel if you can't figure out how to stop a car with this problem you should be driving in the first place.

  • The driver wasn't on the phone it was his brother in law talking. And that's just like saying If you're in your home and an electrical fire starts and you don't know how to put it out then you shouldn't have a house in the first place. The fact of the matter is sometimes messed up things happen to people no matter what the circumstances may be. No one on this earth knows everything....O my bad except for you..good luck with that ;^()

  • they dont report the problems in President Obongo Motors Corporation.

  • You don't hear on the news these cars have had the same problem.

    Dodge

    Chrysler

    Jeep

    Ford

  • dude do you think they will change my accelerator in my 09 is250 seriously i have never seen problems with anyones toyota until people start bitchin about an accellerator problem that killed one family so far in the past 5 years.. toyota is doing something they don't have to do at all. they are just too good of a company and is probably the most responsible car company i have ever seen

  • It's not just Toyota, American cars have the same problem. Go watch: "Dodge Chrysler Sudden Acceleration Defect With Newer Chrysler Vehicles (NOT just Toyota!)"

  • If this Toyota oversight had been occuring within the big three, you same people who would cut off your right arm to own a foreign car would be crying for the dismantling of the company involved. .

  • I think that this is another inside job by the administration to de-industrialize the U.S in an attempt to turn it into a nature reserve for the elite in tandem with their depopulation schemes!

  • They had enough time to call 911? I'm sure that those moron drivers could have analyzed the problem and saved their own lives by just kicking up the accelerator with their toe

  • @zander798 Yeah and to think one of the guy in the Lexus was a CHP officer, you'd think he should have known what to do. Comes to show you they know nothing more than handing out traffic tickets. RIP to that them though.

  • @zander798 Are you really able to combine heartlessness with stupidity in such a fine emulsification? Catch up ! The problem was not that simple.

  • really, please explain, the accelerator get wedges up on the mat, you lift it of with your toe, and boom, you hit the brakes and you are saved. i cant see how this could be any more complicated even in the sight of panic. and to call 911, using a cellphone is about as dangerous as it is to look at your foot for 2 seconds. ps. stupidity and heartlessness suspends into a gel silly.

  • They are now still investigating, and it seems that the pedal is definately a factor. There was also a study done at Southern Illinois University that showed a short can cause this problem in the current software. IMO the matts were a delay tactic and the trooper most likely did check for such things even in his panic.

  • what can i say, they should have jumped out rolling, probably would have been scratched terribly, but its better than being dead.

  • Basically I think Ford should have put training wheels on the Top heavy turn over prone Explorer. That would have stopped that safety hazard instead of blaming Tire company!!

  • @1u51u4 You dumb-ass. It was proven that the tires were the problem, or did you just watch Dateline, where they actually had to FAKE the rollovers? I did not see anyone giving those people grief for not having their kids buckled up, or for driving over the speed limit. Just continue to give a good tongue lashing to the nutsack of a corporation that could give two shits about this country, rather than one that helped build it.

  • @Dadzee I'll tell that to the people I saw turned over on the interstate with their heads out the front windshield. Please don't strike out at me. I didn't make them. I won't buy them. I buy a rel car. Toyota. Give it up. GM FORD can't compete with a company in it's own yard without getting the feds involved. The best car will dominate the market if given a free chance to compete. If the big three was so great why were they begging for money???

  • Well using the Toyota theory, the folks with their heads out of a windshield were nit buckled up.

Free chance to compete? Japan aside, because corporate support via the gov. there is not even comparable to here, there is no fair competition in the US. Land grants, tax breaks, legacy costs, employee pay, and on and on all go towards the non US manufacturers, so please do not through competition out there unless you are aware of the realities and how they are reflected in product.

  • @Dadzee They were hanging out a Ford Explorer. I don't know if they buckled up or not. Didn't look. All I can tell you is you got a vote. Why don't all big 3 people vote the people in the people that will watch out for America and stop this "free trade garbage". You can't compete with $.50 hour labor. However,American car workers that make Union scale can't expect non union people that make half as much to buy their product. The Unions need to give back and start making a superior product.

  • Unions for the big three have done nothing but give back for the last three years. This includes cost of living garuntees-gone, 3% compounded raises for three years-gone, all benefits-cut, college money-gone.

I agree with you on the trade issues, but it seems we can trust noone on this. Dem and Rep. alike seem to have it out for the manufacturing worker. Wait until both China and India have their auto ops. going full bore...terrifying.

  • @Dadzee

Thank you. I have been to China to help put in a Electrical Plant. I can tell you a storm is coming. Don't believe anybody when they put the Chinese down. They are smart, educated, dedicated and trying to improve their lot in life just as you would. If I was a US automotive worker I would ask myself ever day what can I do to help my company and product. Old thinking won't work any more. We are in a product war with cheap wage countries. Wake up US. Ask Textile workers!! See any US LABELS.

  • People need to be more educated on how to use things. If the gas pedal gets stuck, simply SHUT THE CAR OFF, and brake like your normally would.

  • a chp officer was one of the people to crash i think he would have tried everything in his training to stop the vehicle but could not plus if shut the motor off you loose brakes and steering hope you dont have one of these

  • @smokefast90606

Yeah reminds me of the Ford Crown Vics the Cops quit using because of exploding gas tanks in rear end collisions and couldn't get Ford to fix. Know exactly where you coming from.

  • Not really. You may not have power steering and power brake with the car off, but you are still able to brake and steer just have to do it harder. Still is better then leaving the car accelerating.

Don't worry my car is not automatic.

  • I agree

Plus there are so many recalls with every car it's not a big deal.

If I had money I would buy a toyota. They are the most reliable cars.

  • Would rather risk my life in a Toyota than some Government Motors piece of shit built by union thugs...

We all know that's what this hype is really about anyway.

  • Oh so true hah, i live in canada and every 20 minutes on american news it's toyota this toyota that. Here is some news, Everyone that has crashed a toyota in the last 4 years is going to cry wold. Toyota has recalled 9 millions cars to date, ford did 14 million in 1999 alone. I'll take my chances as well considering i've owned 5 toyota's in the past. The sad thing is all this hype is pushed by Government i mean GM i mean the news??

  • Great post, so true. So few have actually been hurt or injured. Throw that shit in Neutral and save your own life. If you can't do that, stay off the road!

  • I couldn't agree more!

Next car I buy will be a toyota:)

  • Toyota had 6.5 times less recalls than ford/chev. in last 20 years. Let's get GM/Ford execs. up to Washington to testify. Oops!!! Gm gov. owned. I forgot. I hope they won't fly up in corporate jets this time as when they were begging for money for bailout. I didn't see Toyota's hand out up there with the herd.

  • you dumb idiot! Of course toyota isn't gonna have the same recall numbers in the last 20 years as the domestics because they didn't produce on the same scale! You all can take your risks with these piece of s*** toyotas that are waaay overrated; I'll stckl with supporting my American companies that help maintain our way of life. Whenever your buy an import, you are essentially giving your money to companies outside the U.S. and weakening our own economy. We're shooting
