HI, I love your wonderful tips! But do I have to defrost the casserole's before putting it into the oven or do I jsut throw it in? And I would love the recipe to the spinach one!! Thanks :)
@tashag426 Either way works. Sometimes I put the frozen casserole in the oven (not pre-heated) and just bake longer (and covered most of the time) at a lower temperature. If you thaw, you can bake as normal! :)
@MamaSheraaa That's what I do -- assemble, freeze, and then bake right before eating. No need for an extra baking session that way! Plus, the food tastes fresh instead of leftover. :)
