You can get to that using the debug menu actually. Strange that you could access it from Gannon's Castle though. You should try the debug menu...you can get a good look at it. It has some pretty neat animated textures that aren't anywhere else.

I've been in that room thanks to the emulator. is impressive and colorful graphic detail of it.

In this room there is no music or Beta doors.
