so fucking what if he has diabetes. i'm not saying that diabetes hasn't hurt anyone close to me (my grandma and 2 of my best friends have it) but don't treat it like it's the biggest tragedy in music. some REAL tragedies include the untimely deaths of Cliff Burton Stevie Ray Vaughn Bon Scott the murder of Kurt Cobain and SO many others in short don't think of this as a major trajedy plus the guy just goes around basically going look at me i have diabetes give me sympathy cause its so sad boo hoo

Yes you are right. His situation isn't a tragedy, and I don't think that the fans think it is a tragedy. But it is a hard time for him so we like to support him with his disease. Nick is not looking for sympathy, he is just raising awareness. He wants to find a cure for diabetes, just like I do. And his celebrity status is a great way for him to inform people about it. I hope this clears it up for you

i am so jealous of my 9 year old cousin cause she was at the carnival thing in the first row when nick announced his diabetes and she go to meet him

my aunt said i could have gone but i didnt know who they were then

now im mad and sad that i missed my opportunity

but i did celebrate nicholas jerry jonas day (the aniversery of when he announced his diabetes)

My sister was like talking through the whole thing wanting to know why I was watching it before they came on, so I changed the channel so she would shut up, and kept checking back, and then I missed part of it, yelled at ther to shut up and go away, so she did and I watched the rest in peace. Gosh. Really though, this is sad.
