I switched the legs on mine so they face the other way around. I reckon it makes him look much better, and it doesn't effect the transformation at all. (It also makes him look like he's wearing parachute pants)

I don't know why Bay didn't have Depth Charge in the movie when he had put Rampage in. Both of them were sworn enemies twoards each other in their Beast Wars appearances. I do however like that they gave Depth Charge a marine vehicle mode as tribute to his marine beast mode.

I think most of the ROTF-scouts are based of background vehicles from the movie which got a robot mode like Landmine from the first movie.

Love all your reviews, I just not too long ago got back into collecting and watching yours and a few other reviews have really got me excited again.

Im just wondering most of all whether theres any word on a new starscream (seeker) mold for ROTF in voyager or even a deluxe class..I think that the previous mold while ok was simply a really poor one for such a prominent character.

fyi, i'm not trying to assume anything...but...I dunno...something just doesnt feel right whenever u try to make a review on an unreleased toy (like ROTF)...

some of the ROTF toys that you've/Mike've reviewed looked like its not the final release...and more like a BETA form of the mold or something (like Soundwave @ Satellite??)...

I mean, u are wasting good money importing beta toys from china/etc when actually it makes more sense buying a final release n then making a review outta it....

GAH! I really didn't mean to delete the first part of this comment. Stupid Reply/Remove buttons being right next to each other. Anyway. I'm not sure why we're having this argument again. I like the toys, so I get them, and I hope that you all enjoy the fact that I share them. AS for "beta" comments, with the exception of the Hound and Cyclonus that I knew full well were non-final versions, these toys are all final, ready to be packaged (some of them ARE packaged) versions of the figures.

As for the whole "might not make it into the movie" bit, why does that matter? I know full well most, if not all of these scouts might not show up in the film. Does that make them any less cool, or any less legitimate? They're still toys that are going to be released as part of the film line, and as such are bonafide Transformers figures. I'm not sure what you're claiming isn't "right."

as for what i have said, well, forget about it. i wasnt intending to start an argument at all....just feeling curious why u do so...mebbe coz these Transformers are too darn costly here in my country (even at normal retail price, a voyager class toy is at $100!! and leader at $189!!)...sometimes i kinda forget how cheap these bots are overseas due to currency conversion...my bad there...
