@sugahmamma duh, no, she said "Moor-mansk" I am Russian, and I know my pronunciation, and any russian who is talking about Murmansk will say "Murr-mansk" She is not right, and don't thing you're right either--even try taking a look at Russians pronouncing the city--they say it all the right way.
